Benita’s POV

When I opened my eyes, I realized I was lying naked on my bed, with only a duvet covering me. I released a tired sigh and sat up, memories of what had happened in the shower flashing in my mind.

Damn it! Why can’t I resist him?

A deep frown spread across my face at the thought of him. It had been three weeks since he had been away—three weeks since I hadn’t seen him or spoken to him. At first, when I realized he was going to be away for that long, I was so happy. At least I wouldn’t have to see him or talk to him, and most importantly, I could rest from the constant sex.

But surprisingly, a few three days after he left, I realized I missed him despite being angry at him. There were times I wanted to pick up the phone and talk to him, but I held back. Nathan was back, and his touch was just as intoxicating, just as maddening. No matter how much I wanted to hate him, his touch drove me insane.

I sighed heavily, dragging myself out of bed. My body felt weak, and the tirednes

Benita’s POVI stumbled back, the air knocked out of me. Positive. The word echoed in my mind like a death sentence. My hand instinctively went to my stomach, my fingers trembling uncontrollably.“No,” I whispered, my voice barely a breath. My wolf was eerily silent, as she processed the news.I sank to the floor, clutching the edge of the counter for support. I was pregnant with Nathan’s baby. I shook my head as his words replayed in my mind: “You are never to get pregnant, and if you do, we are aborting it.” His warning replayed in my head, and I gulped in fear, tears welling in my eyes. What was I going to do?A sob escaped my lips, and I covered my mouth, desperate to muffle the sound. My wolf stirred uneasily, her presence no longer offering comfort but rather a shared sense of dread.“We can’t let him find out,” she whispered, her tone a warning.I nodded weakly, my tears blurring my vision. I couldn’t let Nathan discover this—not now, not ever. He would see this child as a mist

Nathan's POV“Why is your wife keeping us waiting?” Aunt Anne, my father’s twin sister, spoke in an irritated tone as we waited for Benita, who was yet to arrive at the table.“She will be here soon,” I said, but Aunt Anne scoffed. “This is the first time I’m getting to meet her, and she is already giving me a bad impression about herself. It seems the rumors about her were true,” Aunt sneered. Before I could respond, I heard soft footsteps behind me, and her scent, nutmeg mixed and something uniquely Benita—reached me. I didn’t need to turn around to know she had arrived. She stepped into the dining room, her curves accentuated by the tight gown she wore. My eyes lingered on her, betraying the frustration I tried to suppress.“Good evening, Ma,” Benita greeted Aunt Anne with a polite smile, her tone respectful despite the obvious tension.Aunt Anne didn’t reply, merely giving Benita a blank, calculating stare. Benita, ever composed, ignored the silence and gracefully took her seat ac

Benita's POVAs I stood before the mirror, staring at my reflection, my thoughts drifted back to what happened at the table. I could recall Nathan's words—how he had made it clear that he didn’t want a child from me. He had made it clear that after these two months, his decision hadn’t changed; it remained the same. If I got pregnant, the baby would be terminated.Fear gripped me as I wrapped my arms around my stomach. The thought of Nathan finding out I’m pregnant scared the life out of me, and I dreaded what he would do. Surely, he would forcibly make me have an abortion.“No!” I whispered to my wolf. “I have to leave before that happens.”Suddenly, the door to my room flew open, and I didn’t need to see his face to know it was Nathan. His presence filled the room with tension, and I could hear the rage in his footsteps as he slammed the door behind him.I turned to face him, my heart pounding in my chest. His eyes were dark, almost dangerous, and I could feel the anger radiating of

Alpha Nathan’s POVThe door to my room creaked open, and Darius stepped in, shutting it softly behind him. He paused, taking in the scene of my room. The dim lighting, the empty bottle of dry gin on the floor, and me slumped in my chair with another glass in hand. His worried gaze locked onto mine as he moved to sit on the couch across from me.“What is going on, Nathan? It’s 6 a.m., and you are asking to see me. What happened…” he paused and looked at the empty bottle of dry gin on the floor. His brow furrowed. “Have you been drinking all night?” he asked in a concerned tone.I sighed, raising the glass to my lips for another sip, but Darius leaned forward and snatched it from my hand. I groaned in frustration, shutting my eyes as my headache throbbed.“What is going on, Nathan? What is happening?” He sounded so worried and worked up.I slowly opened my eyes and looked at him, his gaze filled with worry and concern.“Come on, man. You’re making me scared. Nathan's POV I stared at Darius, as I tried processing his words. My mind reeled with the weight of the truth he had just dropped on me. All this time, I had thought Nina was the one who cared enough to make that herb for me, the one who noticed my pain. But it wasn’t her—it was Benita.“Why are you telling me this now, Darius?” My voice came out strained, a mix of anger and guilt.Without thinking, I crossed the distance between us in two quick strides, grabbing him by the collar.“You knew?” I growled, my voice low and menacing. My grip tightened, pulling him closer until our faces were inches apart. “You knew all this time and didn’t tell me? Why the hell would you keep that from me, Darius? Why?”He looked startled but didn’t move away, his hands coming up in a placating gesture.“Nathan, listen to me—”“Don’t you dare tell me to listen!” I snarled, shaking him slightly. My anger was a storm, threatening to break free. “You let me believe Nina was someone she wasn’t. You let me l

Alpha Nathan’s POV*A WEEK LATER*“What are you saying!” I yelled at the top of my voice, throwing the glass of whiskey at the wall, shattering it into pieces. The trackers standing before me flinched and stepped back cautiously.“We’re sorry, Alpha Nathan,” Justin, the head tracker, said cautiously, stepping back as though my rage might strike him next. “We’ve searched every pack in London. My other teams are combing through Spain and neighboring countries, but we can’t do much without her scent,” Justin’s words shattered my heart into pieces. It had been a week since Benita vanished. Seven excruciating days, and we still had nothing—no leads, no clues, no sign of her. It was as if she had been swallowed by the earth itself. No one could explain how she managed to leave the mansion and boarder without being caught. I interrogated all the men on duty that night, but no one admitted to seeing or helping her leave. I had threatened everyone with everything I could, but eventually, I rea

Nathan’s POVAunt Anne went silent for a moment before speaking again. “I thought you believed she was using charms on you…”“She wasn’t!” I cut Aunt Anne off rudely.Aunt Anne raised a brow. “How do you know?” she asked, and I clenched my jaw.“Because I can feel it, Aunt. What I feel can’t be a spell. It can’t be,” I spat in pain. The love I felt in my heart couldn’t be from a spell. I was sure of it.“If that’s so, then the wooden sculpture—who did that?” Aunt Anne asked, and I lifted my gaze to look at her with confusion. It seemed she was onto something.“What are you trying to say, Aunt?” I asked, but she simply shrugged her shoulders and stood. “If you believe Benita never cast a spell on you or your mate bond, then it means she was set up. Perhaps you should start by interrogating her father, who brought the wooden sculpture in the first place.”With those words, she turned and began making her way to the door but then stopped and looked back at me.“Nathan, you can’t force so

Five years laterBenita's POV“Miss Benita, your attention is needed,” Rita, one of the caregivers, said in a panicked tone. Hurriedly, I stood to my feet and followed her. We went to the children's ward, where she led me to the bed of a two-year-old child who was convulsing. I didn’t waste time asking questions. I scooped the trembling child into my arms and sat down, cradling her against my chest. Closing my eyes, I released my healing abilities, focusing on calming the girl’s erratic movements. Slowly but surely, her convulsions subsided until they ceased entirely.“She is fine,” my wolf whispered, confirming her healing. A sigh left my lips, and I slowly pulled the child back and looked into her face to see her sleeping soundly. “She is fine,” I said to the caregiver, who had a big, bright smile on her face as she took the baby from me and laid her on the bed.I stood and watched the child sleep peacefully.I stayed for a moment, watching the girl as she slept, her small chest ri

Are you afraid I’ll kill him?” His tone was mocking, his smirk infuriating.I shot him a glare full of hatred before turning back to Oscar, who wore a deep frown.“Don’t do it… we will find other ways,” I pleaded. But Oscar shook his head. “There is no other way. This is the only way.”“No, it isn’t!” I snapped at him. “I won’t let you do it, Oscar… I won’t,” I said in a shaky voice while fear filled my entire being. Lagertha’s POV “I have been able to see for a very long time.” I drop the bombshell, my heart pounding rapidly. For a moment, Theo stood speechless, his confused but stunned eyes on me. He was looking at me as if waiting for me to laugh and say I was joking, but I didn’t. Rather, my eyes remained focused on him. “Theo… say something.” I whispered nervously, waiting for him to explode, to yell at me for not telling him the truth sooner. But he didn’t. Rather, he just remained numb, staring right at me. I could see the confusion, the questions, and the disbelief in his eyes, But the anger I had feared? It wasn’t there. Slowly, Theo raised his hand, holding up two fingers. I didn’t need him to speak to understand what he was asking. “Two fingers.” I responded. His Adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed hard, his hands balling into fists at his sides. He took a step back, putting distance between us. “ When?" His voice was too calm, too measured. And that terrified me more than if he

Lila's POV Rage, like fire, exploded inside me. So this was it—this was why he wanted me! To be a fucking breeder? I, Lila Luciano, a fucking breeder! These two people had it all planned. This was why he wanted me. Not because of love. Not because of fate. Not even because he saw me as his equal. But because he wanted an heir. Because he needed me to be a fucking breeder. I clenched my fists so tightly that my nails dug into my palms, my wolf snarling inside me. My vision blurred at the edges as my anger boiled over. Morgan watched me carefully, her expression unreadable. She had said everything so calmly, as if this wasn’t the most humiliating, disgusting truth I’d ever heard in my life. I forced myself to breathe, to swallow the bitter rage inside me. "So that’s it?” My voice came out sharp, trembling with fury. “That’s the reason you’re so willing to give up? Because you can’t give him a son, so now I have to?” Morgan didn’t flinch. “It’s more than that, Lila.”

Lagertha's POV I woke up to the voice of Theo. Opening my eyes, I saw him at the window. He was wearing only a pair of boxers, his body bare, and a phone pressed to his ear. “Yes, we will be there in the next two hours,” he said to the person on the other end of the call. I furrowed my brow but remained still on the bed. “She’s still sleeping. Once she wakes up, we’ll be on our way. Just keep everything ready, and please—no mistakes.” That was when I realized he was talking to the doctor. “You have to tell him now,” my wolf urged, and I swallowed hard. I was just scared of telling him that I could still see. “Alright, thank you.” Theo ended the call, and that was when he turned around and realized I was awake. A big, bright smile spread across his face, which made me frown. Who smiles like that when they’re about to lose one of their eyes? “You’re awake.” I nodded and sat up on the bed. Theo’s smile didn’t waver as he strode toward me, his bare chest catching the so

Lagertha’s POV Finally, the pilot announced that we were landing in five minutes. Where I was in Theo’s arms, I sucked in a deep breath, but my eyes were still closed. All through the journey, I was rested in his arms. Theo didn’t move me away, not even once. It felt strange, almost unreal, to be held like this, as if I belonged there. As if he didn’t mind. The moment the plane touched the ground, a small jolt ran through my body, but Theo’s grip around me tightened slightly, steadying me. His warmth seeped into me, making it harder to pull away. “We’ve landed,” he murmured, his voice low and steady. I forced my heavy eyelids open and blinked against the light filtering through the windows. My body felt stiff from staying in one position for so long, but I wasn’t ready to move just yet. Theo finally shifted, but instead of letting me go completely, his fingers trailed down my arm before he withdrew. I swallowed, pushing down the sudden loss of his warmth. “We should get go

  • Fated To The Mate Who Loves My Sister   Real Reason

Lila’s POV As I stepped into the hallway, I tried to push down the heaviness settling in my chest. The guard who had spoken earlier bowed slightly and gestured toward the main hall, where Alpha Grey and his wife were waiting. My stomach twisted as I forced my feet to move, each step feeling heavier. I was scared, worried about how this would turn out, worried that Oscar would give me up, but I was not willing to give up on him. But what if this gets heated, and I am forced to be with Grey? I shook my head, trying to clear my thoughts. By the time I reached the main hall, my heart was racing. The moment I stepped inside, my eyes found him. Alpha Grey stood tall, his presence commanding as ever. His eyes flickered toward me the second I entered, sharp and unreadable. And beside him, his wife stood with a soft smile, her delicate hand resting on his arm. My frown deepened. Why was she smiling? Did she even know why she was here? I moved closer to them and stood before Grey a

Lila's POV “Can you please calm down?” I pleaded with Oscar, who was pacing aimlessly in his room. But he ignored me and kept pacing around. Feeling worried, I moved closer to him and held his wrist. At first, I thought he would withdraw my hand from his, but he didn’t. Rather, he turned around and faced me. Our eyes met, and I could see he was worried, but he was also angry. “For how long did you know?” he asked. His voice was calm, but I could feel the pain in it. It was as if I had betrayed him. I swallowed hard. “I’m sorry,” I whispered, searching his gaze for understanding. Oscar shook his head. “How long, Lila?” he pressed, his jaw tightening. Nervously, I bit my lip and tucked my hair behind my ear—an old habit, one I’d picked up from my mother. We both did this whenever we were nervous or shy. “Two days ago,” I responded, my voice so low that I could barely hear it, but I knew Oscar heard it. His frown deepened, and he exhaled sharply. “Two fucking days,” he growled. “

  • Fated To The Mate Who Loves My Sister   Her mate

Oscar’s POV “Alpha Grey and a few men are at the border, requesting access. He says he’s here to visit the royal family,” a border guard informed me through the mind link. I frowned, wondering why Alpha Grey was paying a visit to the royal family. As far as I knew, he had no ties to them. In fact, he had never set foot in this pack before. I had only seen him once during a conference, and I was certain he had no close relationship with Theo. So why was he here now? “How many men are with him?” I asked through the mind link. “Just three,” the guard replied. I nodded. That meant it was likely a friendly visit. “Let them through,” I instructed before ending the link. Turning to the young wolves I had been training, I announced, “We’ll pause here for today.” They all bowed as I walked away. Leaving the combat grounds, I made my way to the main mansion. As I stepped into the sitting room, I found my godfather, Sir Nathan, seated with an iPad in his hands. “Godfather,” I called, cat

  • Fated To The Mate Who Loves My Sister   Trip

Theo’s POV Our luggage was packed in the trunk of the car, and every member of my family was in the living room, waiting for Mother to bring Lagertha downstairs. Last night, when Mother had told me Lagertha had accepted the transplant, I was so relieved. For once, I had been scared she wouldn’t agree, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to force her into something she didn’t want. I looked at my family, noting the worried expressions on their faces—not because they didn’t want me to give an eye to Lagertha, but because they feared complications during the surgery. I, on the other hand, wasn’t scared. This was a decision I had made, and even if there was a 70% chance of complications on my end, I would still go through with it. Soon, footsteps echoed from the stairs, and the alluring scent of Lagertha hit my nose. Her smell reached me before she did—a soothing mix of fresh honey, nutmeg, and something uniquely her. I inhaled deeply, my heart pounding as my eyes locked onto her. She
