ZANE’S POV

We all looked at Maggie expectantly after Damien asked her if she could do a locator spell. Damien looked worried even more than I, who was Maeve’s mate.

What made me more worried was that I wasn’t feeling Maeve anymore. Normally even though we weren't in the same place, I could still feel whatever she felt, but this time around I couldn't.

At this point Charlotte looked like she was about to have a panic attack as she kept pacing back and forth.

Maeve was so lucky to have people who genuinely cared about her or so I thought.

“Uhm… Well, the thing is… You know I didn’t really…” Maggie stuttered and that was when I began to panic.

“For fucks sake Mag you didn’t really what? Just answer the damn question can’t you see we don’t have much time?” Damien lashed out much to our surprise, making Maggie flinch and pout.

“Wow!! Chill out bro. Don’t talk to her like that. She cares about Maeve’s safety just as we all here do,” Khal retorted, making Damien sigh.
