ZANE’S POV

“What’s up?” I asked Damien the moment I picked up his call.

“I have bad news,” Damien sounded scared and I sighed.

I had a feeling that something like this would happen.

But all that mattered was what the bad news was about.

Was it going to be too difficult to handle?

“There was nothing I could do or say to oppose them because it was just me and Asher against the other Alpha’s” Damien added when he noticed that I had been silent.

“What happened in the meeting?”I asked him.
