Chapter Eighty Nine - Dying

I don’t know what time or day it was but my eyes peered wide open. The dull-looking ceiling with white lighting made me realize that I was in the clinic.

My body immediately rose from the bed and looked for anyone, especially the ones who saved me from the dimension of the vanishing graveyard.

It was impossible for me to live…did I die or was that all a dream? Who else could’ve gone there? I am so confused.

“Eli…Ethan.” I called when I noticed that he was sleeping on the sofa together with his brother, they had huge wounds on their hands.

Did they save me from death? When I lost conciousness back there, I thought it was already over for me.

I can’t believe that they managed to find and save me in time just when I was about to lose all of my blood.

The tonic we had for swift recovery didn’t work because of the poison I had in my system. I was just really glad that I was here and could still see them after all that had happened.

I clenched my fists and didn’t find out
