Chapter 67: Diana! Run!

"They found us?" Diana whispered. How did Jasper manage to find them? She thought they covered their tracks perfectly. "But how? How is this possible?"

"Diana," Asher called, holding her face so he could calm her. "You don't have to worry about anything, okay? Alden didn't say anything about the rogues."

"Come on, let's go." Axel said from the entrance of the cave. Now that all their stuff had been packed, the cave looked empty and eerie.

Grabbing her hand in his, Asher led the way out of the cave. They hurried down the path that led to the forest and began to head north.

"Wait! What about Alden?" Diana asked suddenly. "We can't leave without him."

"He'll catch up with us." Asher assured her. "He's already on his way."
