Jin-Ae stared into his eyes and cupped his face gently in her palms as her stomach commenced to ravage inside.
She was about to mumble something but abruptly, she felt nauseous. She instantly covered her mouth with her hands to avoid any type of mess.
In a blink of an eye, Min-Jae got startled like a little child as soon as he caught a glimpse of it.
He quickly inquired as he pulled her by her waist, a lot more closer to him, "Are you okay?"He was quivering with concern and worry whereas, Jin-Ae got warm from embarrassment.
"Uhm- yes!", Jin-Ae somehow managed to respond to him, looked down and grinned like an idiot.
Min-Jae could be a tot too? Who knew.
It wasn't until Min-Jae could grasp her smirking, he then, cleared his throat and stood up straight like a gentleman he is as he adjusted his coat.
He told Jin-Ae to sat down on the mat and tried to soothe her down with his all-time cold face.
He instructed the cameraman to stop the recording as the needed part was done and bring a water bottle, some snacks and sweets for her. After a while, she felt a lot better than before.
Min-Jae implored if she needed him to call Seon-Ho or wanted to go to the hospital.
Jin-Ae immediately replied a no with her head. She didn't want to disturb anyone and as she just got discharged, the thought of hospital disgusted her.
Spending time and watching the sunset together, hand in hand, she spent the nightfall with Taehyung.
It was so fascinating and calming but her soul and sanity were busy in a battle of insignificant questions to find out why she was so uneasy, moody and queasy.
Both of them gazed at the beautiful sunset and witnessed the light fading as the sky covered itself with a blanket embroidered with tiny strokes of red, tangerine and purple when they resembled a newly garnished canvas.
Like that, the sun went down and the darkness came in.
The moon began peeking at the lovely couple and chuckled at the water envying them for how they could hold each other.
The sea sang a romantic love song for the moon and the stars danced to it here and there shimmering like diamonds drooping on a black cloth.
Soon, the moon poured the milky shade of light on the clouds, that were propelling prayers to the couple and glared at them with heart eyes.
Jin-Ae and Min-Jae appreciated the scene that calmed their nervous and doubtful hearts.
After a while, Jin-Ae's condition started to get worse and was not any good to relish anymore.
Min-Jae then rushed and accompanied her inside the car, assisting her in buying her some medicines on the way.
He then dropped her home with a sweet hug and a good night kiss on her forehead.
To disguise the rushed blood on her cheeks, she instantly ran inside the house.
Min-Jae chuckled and left as soon as he saw her room brightened up with fairy lights.
While on the way home, she kept glaring at Min-Jae and determined to go with the flow and not worry so much about it, thinking that maybe, it was her nauseousness that was making her feel anxious.
She went upstairs and laid down. She wanted to take a nap as she was really tired but she needed to pack her things.
After taking a shower, she glanced at the unpacked stuff, sighed and sat down on her bed.
In no time, her eyes wandered back to the ring on her finger, and the flowers he gave her with a little cute teddy with chocolates in it's pocket.
Her heart flipped as butterflies and comfort started to run down her veins making her feel goosebumps and with that a quick flashback went through her eyes, her cheeks turned red.
She felt warmness surround her as she felt blessed.
Never in her life, someone did something this pleasing for her.
She found it cute and adorable.
She saw and noted the way he tried his very best to pour down his feelings in his every action even though he was nervous inside and wanted to keep his cold side present at the same time. She was grateful for him.She trusted him with all her heart but she wasn't sure about spending the rest of her life with him.
She was still perplexed about, if all this is an attraction for him or love. She wasn't able to satisfy her what-ifs and what-not.
After thinking so much about it, Muffin started wiggling his tail in front of her carrying her back to delightment and actuality.
She shrugged off the negative thoughts and started packing the necessary things she might need there.
Turning her room into a mess again, she spent the whole night sipping onto the coffee as small light metals of wind bells made benign harmonious sounds and like that she slept in the morning.Meanwhile, on the other side, Min-Jae was on cloud nine. He couldn't believe that Jin-Ae said yes and was willing to spend her life with him.
He always felt like he didn't deserve her because of the lies and drama he was hiding from her.
But now that he knows that this wasn't one-sided love, he was relieved and optimistic about the future.
He was so delighted and keen to have her by his side for his whole life now. He was overly-excited that he couldn't stop smiling all the way back home.
Later when he reached home, he kept asking the closest servant to pinch him so he could confirm that this is the reality where he can finally call Jin-Ae his.
He kept looking at the recordings all night and couldn't stop worrying about her well-being, about when she will be living abroad alone.
This was her first time, going so far away from Korea alone.
He was more anxious than Jin-Ae, herself. He was sad that he wouldn't be able to come with her.
He laughed, cried, danced with yeontan looking at the recording a thousand times.
The servants never saw him this happy and grateful.
They were joyous to see the old Min-Jae coming back, all of them were happy for both of them. After spending the whole night like that, he called and substantiated everything in New York as he yearned for her to be comfortable and fine.
The time went by, Min-Jae got exhausted and dozed off.
"Woojin's Engagement Ceremony"
The ceremony ended, everyone was rejoicing and kept blessing them for a happy and healthy life.
Everything was perfect but no one knew about how Woojin was feeling. Namjoon caught a glimpse of his troubles long ago but couldn't ask him as someone kept coming to him.
Woojin wasn't himself the whole time.
He was anxious, uncomfortable, and squeamish.
After the dinner was over and everyone was busy gossiping, tossing, and drinking enjoying the celebration, Woojin excused himself from everyone and went to the balcony to get some fresh air and expecting to feel a little better than before.
The cold breeze of air, the briny and faded smell of sand whacked his face inducing chills down his spine.
He always loved the vibe Daecheon beach gave, whenever he felt vacant or questioned his existence, he came here to console his mind and let the waves answer his questions.
While he was trying to find relief, he saw a couple crouching together, hand in hand, enjoying the sunset.
He chuckled and tried to see who they were, but unfortunately, they were far away from the hall so it was blurred and little from his sight.
He envied them, thinking who it could be so lucky to have someone who truly loves each other for who they are not for what they have.
He knew, Choi Rosê was a gold digger but his parents were spirited and happy. He didn't want to hurt them at any cost.
He was okay with the fact that he has to live his life negotiating and adjusting for his parent's happiness but after that night, where they had the most intense and drastic time of their life, he felt different. He felt the disparity he never witnessed before.
His mind was not satisfied. That feeling was surely different, even though he was slightly drunk but he remembered that feeling. The feeling where he wanted her to stay with him, the feels and vibes were different, her hair, fingers, everything was different about her. He kept questioning himself if he was being delusional or not.
He was busy in his thoughts when abruptly, he saw the couple rushing into the car.The girl was wearing a red dress with a coat on whilst the guy was holding her hand carefully taking her into the car. He was worried about them.
Why?He didn't know the answer, and who would know but then, he prayed for them to be fine, healthy and to be forever in love. His heart was sprinting at the thought of it, as he was trying to calm down while looking at the car going far away from his sightz when someone dabbed on his shoulder.
Woojin flinched at the sudden encounter and immediately turned around to see who it was...
Little did we know it was Min-Jae and Jin-Ae who spent the evening and enjoyed the sunset together, sharing the most memorable and important part of their life.
Five years later, Every individual hopped onto something new. Seoul was not the same anymore. New gossips, never heeded music bands, new chanting crowds, baffled yet energetic teens, unemployed heartbroken wanderers, new crime, iPhones and fashion. However, there was still something that didn't alter at all. A heart that truly loved Jin-Ae whilst striving his best to endure in the same world that's always tormented with the sad sensibilities and resentments. When the sun woke up, an aeroplane landed, rerouting the paths of two destined souls. Everyone was occupied, trying to make it to their kind of destination. Air crates landing and taking off at their velocities whilst announcements were made for the passengers. At Incheon International airport, wearing a Burberry long trench coat Jin-Ae hauled the stroller packed with the boxes and bags, above merrily sat a little girl in a white top and a grey designed skirt with loose bla
Viscosity seems to form in the air around her. It's suddenly impossible to breathe because, for whatever reasons, she feared this moment. But, now it was here and she has to untangle the knots that were tied long ago.She has to give him her sincere thoughts. She loved him but a whole lifetime with him terrified her. What girl not fear such a dilemma, a fear that stems and augment due to society and further distress her into what-ifs.What if he doesn't accept your kids after the wedding? What if this impacts your kids in any way?"Please. Jin-Ae tell me.. about when you're ready to talk about this. I've waited for five years. I've missed you, craved you, cried for you, and dreamt of us together." Min-Jae took his heart out in hopes of an answer. An answer that concludes the whole life of an unordinary fairy tale.Jin-Ae glazed at him with blank spaces, sonnets and romantic haikus that were trapped in her chest
Jin-Ae couldn't resist smiling. She closed her eyes, relishing the feeling of his muscular arms, the momentous warmth around her body."I love you too." The three magical words echoed on the shore, drifting away the anxious feelings into the depth of the glistening sea.The gentle air eagerly nudged the clouds to let the moon witness the golden moment.Min-Jae smiled wide after hearing this from Jin-Ae, between each other's lips with hundred words behind them. This moment was so celestial for both of them. Their hearts pounded at a myriad pace. Looking into each other's eyes they both desired for this moment to last as long as it can.Meanwhile, she was cherishing his smile, his cheekbones that beautifully define his features, as they both were centimetres away when a short-lived flicker of light caught their attention."Hey! The falling star", Min-Jae pointed towards it as Jin-Ae followed his veiny arms.Jin-Ae smiled at the glorious sight
Time went by, replenishing their tummy with flavorful sushi, ramen and kimchi stew with some rice, they all thanked God and got ready to depart for home. The car ride was an ample of baby talks, humour, and non-stop interrogation sessions with Min-Jae, about when he will take them out.Jin-Ae couldn't stop blinking with heart eyes, there wouldn't be a second when her heart didn't thud loudly. She fell in love with this goofy and tacky side of Min-Jae."He would become a great father." She reckoned and grinned looking towards the window as happy tears escaped her eyes."What's wrong?" Min-Jae interrogated with his fingers brushing against Jin-Ae's smooth skin. The warm, subtle touch fetched Jin-Ae back to actuality.Jin-Ae instantly smeared her tears and gave him a quick assuring look. She then took a glance at the kids and noticed that they were inundated, appreciating the night view of Seoul and how everything looks dist
Her cheeks brightened red in embarrassment. Whilst, they both were struggling to calm down and avoid the awkwardness between them, the anticipation, the fervor, and the sensations kept increasing. He was gleaming, the same glow people get when they are treated right, and when the aura is happy. She had no choice but to peer into his eyes and peck his lips. He froze. She flushed red once again. It wasn't just about her wanting him to pin her against the wall and waste her, it was about the times she missed him, it was about the times she felt the affection she had for him, it was about all the times when she craved for his presence. And when making love isn't just about the body, everything gets sexy and pretty hot. The tension and the intimating glares kept ascending. She looked at his lips and then, his eyes. This went on for a few seconds until she gathered up all her bravery, and skimmed her fingers against his f
Min-Jae's deep husky voice made Jin-Ae feel goosebumps, the sight of him above her was adequate to quell her salacious thoughts.Butterflies were romping in her stomach at a disco beat. She was impatient, eager, and happy, all at the same time.He gapes at her for a while, not saying a single word whilst his dark lustful eyes were gored into hers, mesmerizing her."Everything ok?", Jin-Ae asked him curiously, overthinking if he's doubting the love, now that he saw her naked with all her insecurities, the stretch marks, the tiny bruises and the blotches here and there. Then, suddenly he came closer to her, where she could feel his gracious calm breath on her face that sent shudders down to her spine."Every time I look at you, I realize how beautiful you are. I cherish you so much. Your eyes-your beautiful sparkling eyes- are always enough to light up the darkness near me. I'm startled and have no words to express how much more beautiful you'
"That was amazing"They both confessed concurrently and cackled a bit gazing at each other's smile with their eyes gleaming, showing the satisfaction they both experienced seconds ago.Min-Jae leaned down a bit and gave a small peck on her lips before plopping beside her. They both were a huffing mess, too depleted to even move. Min-Jae stared at the ceiling for a while, as he zoned out for a minute or two which felt like a century to Jin-Ae, she was ogling him from the nook of her eye.In no time, he felt her eyes on him, he then, dragged himself closer to her and wrapped an arm around her body pulling her in his embrace.Jin- Ae closed her eyes and determined to stay like that for a while.Min-Jae lovingly stroked her hair with his long gentle fingers and rumbled "winter bear".Jin-Ae was enjoying the serenity, the beautiful vibe when he suddenly halted, making her narrow her brows and looking up to him."What happened?
The creamy silk curtains laced with fancy linen frontiers splashed an orange flicker to the room, eclectic with fairy lights reeked a greenish shade on Min-Jae's face. Felt like a forenoon in ecstasy.Jin-Ae unhurriedly opened her eyes to the adorable chorus of melodic birdsong, drifting in with the cold-warm gust swerves. The view, Min-Jae peacefully slumbering beside her was one of the best things she had ever encountered over the last five years.Resting there for a modicum, she struggled to get out of his hold, as they both slept hugging each other, admiring the warmth and adoring it to the fullest, fulfilling the missed eternities.Jin-Ae finally got out of his clasp and next, headed to the window unfurling her hands to entice her body, smiling when flashbacks of last night replayed in her head, celebrating, she then scantily removed the soft curtains and greeted the sun nicely. The dappled sunlight drew mysterious shadows, meantime, Jin-A
Paparazzi, a populace of curious people began invading their privacy. They started capturing their outlook with every big and small digital eye, clicking and twinkling continuous lights on them which eventually resulted in Min-ah and Jae Joon getting scared and startled, they both inattentively hid behind Jin-Ae.Jin-Ae was stunned for a while as she didn't foresee being greeted goodbye like that. She stood straight bolstering her posture with wide-opened eyes as she held her kids tightly with her strong yet weary hands challenging their vicious idea of restraining her privacy. Her heart was thumping loudly, she could feel it lunging so dangerously as it jeopardized the chance of it plummeting out of her chest."Are they going to steal my kids away from me?"The only question that bounced around in her head kept on weakening her confidence whilst it slowly pulled her into this big anxious hole full of suspicions and darkness. "Please save me, please!
The sky shivered to wriggle the remaining blues into grey. The depressing yet happy tears drizzled on the earth dappling the sky with heavy clouds and shimmering silver lining.Whilst, everyone was appreciating nonentity, which is everything, Jin-Ae was standing as her heart sprinted for the figure to reveal herself.Unfortunately, something started irritating her eyes, to avoid the disturbing sensation, she carefully rubbed them but then, the appalling and the most horrendous moment transpired which caused Jin-Ae to snap her eyes wide open.Min-ah began cackling as the woman in hanbok looked pretty and so different from what she looked in front of the cameras. While on the other hand, the gullible Jae Joon was sitting there quietly, with his glossy dark eyes exemplifying the desire to go home as soon as possible.Jin-Ae recognized the woman immediately. Her breath hitched when all the voices in her head started resulting in unwelc
A tall, beautiful girl opened the door with a bright, cheerful gleam on her face, who appeared to be wearing a professional yet comfortable uniform. She greeted Jin-Ae with a big, delicate, and boxy smile. But, that smile wore off in no time when her eyes landed on Jin-Ae's drenched clothes.Jin-Ae shivered as her eyes flickered here and there trying to glare inside the room with that, she passed a small smile to the girl whilst her eyes proceeded to wiggle for her kid's sight."Please, come in ma'am!" The housekeeper mumbled softly, so soft that Jin-Ae's tears that were welled up on the edges, started to stroll down her face."Where are my kids? Who are you? Min-ah. Jae Joon.." Jin-Ae scantily sobbed when she couldn't find her kids."Please, calm down. They're so indulged in the TV right now, maybe they didn't hear you, because a while ago, big giant tears were meandering down their pink cheeks like you, wide written on their faces that they are m
Min-Jae's eyes flickered between the road and the beautiful woman driving beside him, the love of his life. Suddenly the fear of her getting hurt crawled in but then in a blink of an eye, he gradually became scared for his own life."Hey! Slow down. We'll get hurt." Min-Jae muttered and narrowed down his eyebrows in fear, without giving it a second thought.Jin-Ae forthwith gave him a death glare as a retort and then, promptly flailed her gaze to the road, trying her nicest not to tear down the concentration."My kids are lost and all you care about is getting hurt." Jin-Ae let out her frustration in a deep infuriating tone.Jin-Ae's mind was stirring up chaos and troubles, poking her in the ways that made her numb and more impassive, whatnot.Nothing in this small, scorched earth can neither harvest joy nor rehabilitate a soul that motherliness permits. Her kids not only compelled her, became a part of her, encouraged her to grow and heal in
Where are they? What are these pillows like this doing-g here?Where are you? Min-ahHer rumpus pulsated in the room, as her voice cracked in the end when her fear crawled down her throat. Min-Jae froze as his mind went blank, trying to comprehend the situation.Meanwhile, panic scrambled in her blood with her heart thumping in her chest crazily. A dozen of questions ricocheted up and down in her mind whilst she skimmed the room searching her kids with wobbled steps. She unlocked the bathroom door wishing deep in her heart for them to be in there playing with water and splashing it on one another. But she witnessed the cold water from the tap dribbling down on the ridges of the bathtub.Tip-Tip, Tip-Tip.She walked unhurriedly and removed the curtains to make sure, but Min-ah and Jae Joon were nowhere to be found. The conciliatory sound everyone loves started to torment
Flashback of a boy playing in the backyard with all the autumn leaves scattered here and there as a cold whiff swung away a few of them with it.On a loud giggly call, the kid veered around, wearing a dark brown coat which was bold and pretty, made him look like a brown rose with its corollas freshly thrived, on his simple jade black turtleneck and black earmuffs as he jogged towards his heaven, his mom.His bouncy, dusk, silky hair strode in all direction, filtered the moment into a Hollywood one. When shy airy chuckles echoed in the air as the kid jumped on her mom, knowing she'll catch him in one go.The two grinned so big at each other, as their blood rushed to their cheeks giving off a rosy tint, the cute duo looked breathtakingly beautiful.Dark chocolate brown aroma mixed with a lot of coffee beans scent, the kid pointed at the cute little pumpkin, ready to be embellished into a pretty one.The mother snickered looking at
Min-ah held her breath as she scrutinized the situation, putting up with superfluous precautions to not get snagged by the house helper/driver.She knew that they wouldn't permit them to go into a huge crowd as they might get injured. The hysterical enthusiasm and the insight of victory made them feel euphoric as their hearts romped along with the wobbly shine, a faded tremulous or sporadic light in their eyes.A child's intellect, a flame to ignite. It always works without the deliberation of right and wrong. Without contemplating any consequences, Min-ah and Jae Joon fled from the cafe to extrapolate more and experience something new.Little did they know, they were about to unlock a crazy stanza of their existences that might also cause them to tremble, lose their conscience, and the benign lifestyle they were dwelling in.Min-ah and Jae Joon sneakily got out from the different door and luckily they made it out without any dilemmas,
"You look so much like him", Min-ah lunged up, waning her brows as she twirled to get Jae Joon's viewpoint."I'm not sure but what I know is these rice chips are only made for me", Jae Joon muttered with inscrutable terms, licking his fingers, expressing how yummy those were."Hey! Look at him. WOW! This picture is you." Min-ah screeched at Jae Joon to finally get his scrutiny as her honey-brown eyes spurred and ruddy chubby cheeks hoisted in fervour gazing at her twin for a response.Greyish brown eyes diminished glaring at the picture on the TV screen as his ears earned a red hue in amusement."Woahh! That's me.", Jae Joon murmured with an unsettled tone illustrating awe.Something in Woojin was so transcendental and tantalizing that they both got engulfed in the TV screen, wowing at the man who was percolating the cliché of "hot bad boy" with a jaw slenderer than his cheekbones, guided down to his curvaceous lips.Woojin's nose, fa
