Ten Years Later –

Tonight was an incredibly important event. History in the making, and I was proud to be a part of it.

Kellis entered our lives ten years ago. It was an adjustment for her because she went from being a woman hiding in the shadows, someone who flew underneath the radar in order to remain hidden from her father to an integral part of our circle.

Selene chose her for Aldan and he for her. Together, they not only propelled their pack to an amazing level of prosperity but also helped to change the entire face of our Council rescue missions. She took it upon herself to design an all-inclusive survivor program. It took them from the point of being rescued through the process of establishing oneself – ensuring that they had everything they could need to become self-sufficient.

The Safe Haven Foundation began as a pet project and exploded into something that was so much more. It took a few years to establish but instantly became our number one program.
