Jo told me she had a medical bag stashed away in the kitchen. Should Ora ever need emergency treatment? She gave me all the instruction leaflets for everything and told me to read them. When I asked her why, I needed to know about this sort of stuff. She told me that Ora is human and may need treatment at any point. She felt more than one person should know how to give her medical attention.

I threw myself into learning how to use all the supplies and equipment, just in case. That information is proving essential now.
