Just as assistant Josh Finished speaking the operation theater door was open and Leo's body was brought out of the room.

The operation theatre was open and the doctor that operated on Anna came out with very bad news for Xander.

"Doctor what's happening? did she make it?" Xander immediately inquired from the doctor after he came out of the operating theatre.

"Young man she lost a lot of blood, we need to find her a donor within 24 hours or she will not make it." the doctor explain to Xander Anna's situation. Xander who was speechless after hearing what the doctor said about Anna finally spoke and said, ''What about the hospital's blood bank? doesn't it have her blood group?"

''She is o negative and the hospital blood bank doesn't have it because it's a rear blood type you see young man." the doctor said.

''But am o negative as well which means I can be the donor right?" Xander said and ask the doctor.

The doctor's facelift up after hearing the fact that Xander is o negative because he can be the blood donor needed to save Anna's life. "Of course, you can be young man... you can be the donor."

Xander was brought to the hospital's room for a blood transfusion.

After three long hours of surgery, the doctor came to see Xander.

''So how are you feeling now?" the doctor asked Xander.

''Great doctor... So how is she now?" Xander asked.

The doctor patterned Xander's shoulder and said, "She is out of danger now but she slipped into a coma."

''What?" was what came out of Xander's mouth after hearing what the doctor said.

''Although we manage to remove the bullet and save her, she lost a lot of blood, and due to that her body is very weak and cannot take it, so she is in an induced coma right now depending on the life-saving machines currently. But she will be fine so don't worry, as long as she wants to leave she can bring herself out of that coma." The doctor explains more to Xander.

''What if she doesn't want to then?" Xander worriedly asked.

The doctor tapped Xander's shoulder and sighed, ''Then it will take her a long time to come out of the coma. but her willingness for survival can save her from this, her heart, needs to beat a lot for her nervous systems to react." the doctor paused, "and no one can control that except she by herself alone."

The doctor timidly smiles at Xander, seeing how the gentleman is worried about the patient, moved him, if it were to be someone else in his place, they would have already left after the girl was taken to the operation theater. but he didn't leave and instead waited until the operation was over.

The man is deeply concerned about the girl, and he is sure he won't abandon her here alone. the young girl is lucky to have him as her Savior.

''Hmmm," Xander mumbled more to himself than to the doctor.

the doctor smiled, seeing the deep concern for the girl in the young man's eyes.

The boy indeed has a heart of gold.

After the doctor left Xander, assistant Josh who has earlier left to handle the office pressing matters that Xander wasn't able to come back.

''Boss how are you feeling now?" assistant Josh asked his boss.

Xander who was seating at the edge of the bed looked up to his assistant, he smiled at him, "It's just a minor blood transfusion don't worry am fine."

Assistant Josh nods his head while smiling in acknowledgment to his boss's reply.

''So how did the meeting go?" Xander asked his assistant.

"...It went...a..little great boss except that Mr. James refuses to sign the documents without your presence." Assistant josh narrated to his boss what happened during the meeting.

''hmmm," Xander said to him while nodding his head.

"Call Mr. James for me I want to talk to him," Xander orders his assistant.

''Yes boss I will do it right away." assistant josh answered his boss.

Assistant Josh took out his cell phone to dial Mr. James's number for his boss.

Xander who was busy watching the scenery of the hospital through the window suddenly turned after hearing his assistant's voice.

"Boss Mr. James is on the line." assistant josh said and gave the cell phone to his boss who was watching the hospital garden scenery through the window with but his hands in his pocket.

Xander took the cell phone from his assistant's hand.

Just as Xander was busy talking to Mr. James, the doctor came in to talk to him.

Assistant Josh heard the sound of the door opening and turns around to take a look and realize it was the doctor that was coming in, the doctor entered Xander's hospital room and realize he is on the phone talking to someone regarding business-related matters.

'the gentleman being here right now must have affected a lot of his work' the doctor thought.

''Doctor you are here?" assistant Josh spoke out when the doctor entered Xander's room.

The doctor tapped assistant Josh's shoulder in response to his greetings

''Doctor, is she out of danger now? will be alright?"

The doctor knew who assistant Josh meant by she, and who he was talking about because none of them know what Anna's name is, and can only call her by her or the girl and any other name, the doctor started explaining Anna's condition to assistant Josh.

''Yes, she is out of danger now but fall into a coma because of the amount of blood she lost and due to how she wasn't brought here on time."

The doctor and assistant Josh continue discussing more on Anna's case more. what happened to the girl and her brother is truly unfortunate.

But the question here is, What happened to those two?

Nobody knows, and no one amongst them here will until the girl is out of the coma.

Assistant Josh signed and said, "I wonder what the story behind this incident is? and only she knows what happened but she is now in a coma."

The doctor smiled at assistant Josh, even though he was just thinking about the same thing too, "Don't worry we will surely find out when she is out of the coma." he voiced out and sighed.
