LOUIS'S POV

My butt hits the floor, my throat dried and my heart clenched. For four months, I've lived in doubt and denial.

I protected someone who wasn't my mate. Even when the signs and red flags were all there, I was blinded by my past mistakes that I couldn't see the truth.
