Chapter 157

Cara glare as Stefan walked back and forth inside his residence. He took a glance on Cara and looked away. Cara just stood there and waited for him to speak up but with the way Stefan acted, it seemed like he was not going to utter a single word anytime soon. Cara took a step forward and grunted and in no time coughed to get the attention of Stefan. Maybe Stefan was absorbed in his own thought and did not notice the presence of Cara.

Stefan stopped and turned to face Cara's direction, immediately he heard her coughed. He smiled at first and at that time, Cara felt relieved but grinned as her heart raced when the expression on his face changed. She gulped and grunted as Stefan walked up to Cara. Cara noticed by Stefan's movement that he would not stop coming for her. Cara at first took a step backwards but that incite Stefan to accelerate and increased his speed. Cara moved backwards and stopped when she could longer move as the wall stood against her.
