Didn't that indicate that Quinn was physically weaker than Xavier?

Xavier honestly had no idea what he had done to upset her. He even tried to placate her, but Quinn wasn't having any of it.

"I'm leaving now," Quinn said before turning and walking out the door.

Xavier followed behind to see her off. Upon reaching the door, he grabbed Quinn's hand.

"Cut it out, Xavier!"

Xavier pulled Quinn into a hug and said, "Alright, alright. I'll be gentler next time. Please don't be upset with me."

He realized he had gone overboard last night. He had caused Quinn's voice to turn hoarse from all the shouting.

Quinn rolled her eyes at him. She would have been a complete idiot to believe a word he said.

"I really have to leave now."

Xavier handed her a box of throat lozenges and said, "Here, have this. Your voice is completely hoarse."

"Whose fault is that, huh?" Quinn retorted angrily.

Xavier grinned sheepishly and said, "It's all my fault. I'm the one to blame here."
