Chapter 345

In the end, Gabriel single-handedly pushed the Gatrell family to the brink of ruin.

As much as Gwendolyn knew she should, she couldn't bring herself to completely ignore Gabriel. He was her son, after all. She couldn't just abandon him.

Upon seeing this, Lisa knew Gwendolyn couldn't possibly ignore Gabriel. She leaned on Gwendolyn's shoulder and said, "All I want is for you to live a long, healthy life, Mom."

Given that Leroy was no longer around, Lisa couldn't bear the thought of anything bad happening to Gwendolyn.

"I'm fine as long as I know you and Quinny are doing well. Why don't you both stay a few more days?" Gwendolyn asked. She was looking forward to spending more time with them as she missed them dearly.

"I'd really like it if you came back with me, Mom. I promise to take great care of you in Jipsfort. I'm so worried about you living here alone," Lisa said worriedly. She felt that someone her age shouldn't do all the cooking and cleaning—and even sleep on the balcony.
