Chapter 236

Upon waking up to an empty bed, Quinn quickly sat up from the bed. She looked around the room, her heart sinking as she realized Lisa wasn't around.

She got up to look for her, only to find Lisa and Xavier sitting at the dining table eating breakfast.

As soon as she saw Quinny was up, Lisa called out, "Come quick, Quinny! You've got to try this breakfast Xav got us. It's delicious!"

Lisa had always been wary of strangers, so it was strange to hear her call Xavier by his nickname, especially considering it was their first meeting.

"Come have breakfast with us. You've been neglecting your meals these past two days," Xavier said with a grin.

Quinn walked over as Xavier stood up and pulled out her chair. She took a seat right across from him.

Upon seeing how much Lisa was enjoying her breakfast, Quinn decided to eat a little too. Before long, Nadia and Ian joined them, and they all ate breakfast together.
