Simon had never liked the look of Xavier. He was even more annoyed now that Xavier had jumped into the conversation.

He said, "I've already said whatever I need to say, Quinn. No one can save you if you continue mingling with riffraff like him."

"Riffraff like me? Who do you think you are, calling me that?" Xavier glanced at Simon. The latter had irked him long ago.
