Forty Nine Hours In Custody

Richard Ashford, a man of power and authority, begins his morning routine with a cup of coffee in hand as he scrolls through his phone, the glow of the screen illuminating his features. His brows furrow in confusion as he notices several missed calls from an unknown number, prompting a sense of curiosity and intrigue about the identity of the caller who dared to disturb his peace in the middle of the night.

The servant dutifully informs him that the police commissioner has arrived for a meeting, a revelation that sparks a flicker of interest in Richard's otherwise stoic demeanor.
