100. Troubled Heart

When Rai got to his room, his mind still flooded with thoughts of why his mother would have done something like that. 

He stood by his door, holding the doorknob. He kept sighing rapidly, amongst the million thoughts on his mind-how he would apologise to Rohit was the one he worried more about. 

He sighed again, and leaned against the door, different thoughts running through his mind. His evening didn't go as expected, he squeezed the document on his hand opening his lips slightly and groaning softly.

When he bite his lips, a tear rolled down his cheek, slowly he made his way to the ground, sitting on the floor like a helpless person. There was no way possibly he could think of to disclose the information in the document to Rohit.

Beating himself up-Rai was looking exhausted, beads of sweat all over his face, his eyes kept trailing around the passage, and when he turned and looked at the corner at his left he saw Rekha standing right there.
