Ever since Roy started following Jeremy on Reindeer―he had one self proclaimed morning duty, that is to stalk Jeremy's blog.
And from Jeremy's regular posts on Reindeer without fail, about anything and everything, Roy could also see what's going on with his beloved on a regular basis.
Jeremy could tell from Roy's tense stature that the girl had caught on spot. Roy must have definitely bought the clothes online. To help Roy avoid any embarrassment, Jeremy cleared his throat soundly and with a meaningful smile handled the situation. "Those are quite recent clothes his cousin said."
After Sasha was pushed inside and probably locked inside the bathroom by Jeremy, he inhaled deeply a few times―trying to contain the nerves.Time seemed to have stopped between Roy and Jeremy because none of them were feeling confident enough to speak up yet.
With the proposal rendezvous over, barely four days were left till Winter Ball. And everyone was busy arranging for it.But peace was meant to be disturbed because students received the email about the test results of the compulsory elective. Results were to be published in both online platforms and campus notice boards.
Ken―wasn't he supposed to be the guy who brings fun to the trio of him, Roy and Monroe?Well partly yes. But every cheerful person has another side, which they rarely show.
Two days prior to Winter Ball, Jeremy dragged Sasha to the nearest clothing stores.Sasha could only grumble under her breath and accept fate as Jeremy was finally going on something extravagant like a Ball festival with a date.
The day has come―upon which everyone was waiting and excited.Amaryllis' campus dazzled with decorations and if compared to one of those Disney castles, would probably look like a frost kingdom.
Jeremy stole glances at the clock and twitched his eyebrow. Traces of nausea clouded his senses and he exhaled with jittery nerves. The dress shirt Jeremy bought for the Ball did not clung to his lean torso at all. The shirt surprisingly was loose on his body and seemed like another baggy shirt of his―but Jeremy didn't mind. Tight clothes only make him fee
If people were to describe the Winter Ball of Amaryllis, they could say―it easily catches up to any major award hosting shows. The royal blue theme always attracts the press but the special crew present in this year's Ball were only to shoot the celebrity chief guest, Prince Christopher.
Everyone's story had come to a more or less acceptable ending, except for Sasha Dahl. Sasha didn't stay with them for the celebration party after the award ceremony. She sneaked away when none was paying attention. 'I'm dating Jun, Sasha. The one we met on La Forde. I want you to meet him properly this time. Will you?" Her face had ashened and the throbbing of her heart intensified. She had guessed but the truth was more hurtful then she imagined. Winter has slowly passed and the temperature gradually rose. Sasha walked down the empty street, sounds of night traffic fading to a far distant place behind her. Memories of Sasha first meeting Kovit resurfaced and a trickle of tears slid down her cheeks. The soft whimpers soon turned into undisguised wails. Full of pain. Sasha grabbed the cloth near her chest and heaved. Her lips red from constant biting and hair disheveled. How ironic of a heartbreak this was. Sasha had always known that Kovit never understood or responded to he
Who would've thought that Ken would be noticed by the representative of a pro team today, after the game?By the time Monroe reached the players locker room, Ken had peacefully showered, dressed in another pair of Jersey, waiting for the award ceremony. As soon as a newcomer opened the door to their team's locker room, Monroe dashed inside, jumping in Ken's arms, hugging him tightly. Her arms encircled Ken's neck and brought down the happy player to meet her lips with his in a soft kiss.Sasha too followed Monroe inside and pleasantly congratulated Kovit, hugging the strict player sideways. The rest of the members, in other words, the single dogs lamented at their Vice Captain and star player's luck. They both have extremely gorgeous female partners that made others feel envious.Roy and Jeremy simply stood at the door, looking from outside. The locker room had very less space left with the changing bags and getting in will only clog the left space.Ken eagerly returned the kiss from M
The fourth set began and the T team knew this was their last chance to counter and steal away the game. Ken knew the T team would become more difficult to trap this set so finally bought out their hidden card, Kovit. Kovit had a meager appearance in the game till now only doing the necessary but when unleashed fully, Kovit could rule the court like a demon. And it was Ken's job to bring out that demon from Kovit. Ken picked Volleyball and looked at Kovit, who stood broad in the court. With Ken teaming up with Kovit, the T team finally realised that Amaryllis had a boundless demon attacker too. Kovit didn't miss or refuse any of Ken's sets. All brutally landed on the T team's court area, sparking points one by one continuously. The T team, who were proud of their power immediately sported pale faces and baffled expression. What's that power? That demon energy that froze the limbs of the T team blockers?Kovit didn't smile after scoring eight points in a row. His expression was chilly,
The game was ferocious. T University has been bashing the Volleyball with explosive power from the absolute start.Amaryllis could barely counter except for the blocks where Kovit heavily touched the ball stopping it's momentum. Also it was Kovit only who could break through T University's wall with his raw skills. Ken, as a setter, was frustrated with how his offense planning got repeatedly tampered and his sets getting ruthlessly blocked. The first set was already won by T University, which rather bought fear in Amaryllis' eyes. Before they really didn't expect that the T University team would breeze through the Set.Coach Yves understood the gradual changes in the team and called for a timeout to change the strategy they were adopting so far. Yves was the kind of coach who usually the players make decisions and handle the situations. It supposedly improves the overall mechanism but now that the players were given a taste of fear, Yves knew he had to jump in.The players of Amarylli
Roy had the most memorable New Year in Jeremy's house. By the time he came, Sasha was deep in sleep, leaving him and Jeremy alone.Well none of Jeremy's clothes were okay for Roy to wear but even if they were like second skin to him, Roy wore them with a happy expression. The whole night they talked and cuddled in Jeremy's bed, sometimes kissing and sometimes playing with each other's fingers. To Roy this was the most happiest thing he ever did. Jeremy really does fill the absence from Roy's life.Just like that days passed, everyone spent their time at their own business. Soon the second week of January arrived and the bracket for Winter Cup was announced. There were many mat
Ken's training camp came to an end on 29th of December—just before the year's end. Even if he looked haggard after the hellish training session, Ken's body seemed visibly more agile and toned.Monroe touched the bulge of Ken's muscles in his biceps and squeezed, as if trying to measure the muscle.
The end of winter vacation also meant the upcoming new year.Nobody was preparing for this occasion except the Blanche family. It was on the new year that Alexander decided to have the banquet to introduce his heir.
Monroe calmly filled the pamphlet application and went towards the submission counter. Some people from the crowd gave her envious looks, probably thinking that she had some exterior connections.Submitting the application form, Monroe took off from the crowded place with the envious gazes directed behind her.
Roy recovered faster then even the doctor had predicted. And when Roy and Jeremy came out after spending their personal time, the news about the Winter Cup had them shaken. From the swollen eye crevices of Ken to Monroe's blackish face, it didn't take Roy long to understand what had happened.
