“Sister!"

Elizabeth's eyes widened as she heard her say that. She had briefly hoped that her eyes and mind were playing games with her.

"I'll attend to her," she stated sternly to the attendant standing nearby, her tone leaving no room for argument or further discussion.

“What the fuck are you doing here?!” Elizabeth approached her with a growl, her brow furrowed in disbelief.

A smug smile played on the lady’s lips as she walked up to a mirror, as if she owned the room. She stared at her reflection, admiring herself.

"You're quite too old for foul language like that, don't you think?"

She continued to examine herself in the mirror, looking fascinated at her own appearance.

"Ooh, you definitely haven't changed! You still have eyes for good things," she purred, a self-satisfied grin on her face.

"I look perfect," she whispered to herself.
