“Comot for road Oyinbo girl!” (Leave the road light, skinned lady,) A taxi driver yelled as he sped past Jenna, she nearly jumped out of her skin as she rushed to the other side of the road.

She exhaled deeply already getting tired of the whole thing, it’s been twenty minutes since she arrived here and she had no idea what to do next.

Never did she imagine or did the thought cross her mind that Lagos Airport would be so crowded.

Everyone was so busy and hooked with their activities, Families coming out to pick up or drop off their relatives with so much excitement at their arrival or departure. She just seemed so alone, no one seemed to notice her, and everyone seemed too busy to even spare her a glance.

The people she tried to talk to didn’t understand her accent, and neither did she understand theirs, she hadn’t even started looking for Nimi and she was already fed up.
