Jasper didn't need to say anything, I knew who was telling people to hurt me. Moreover, she was furious because of her defeat the night before. But I needed proof that she was involved. I didn't want to accuse someone without proof.

When I got to the apartment, I cleaned myself first. I sat on the bed and read the news on my tablet while it was Otis' turn to take a shower. Hearing my phone vibrate, I pick it up from the nightstand. Reading Mom's name and seeing the news on the tablet screen, I knew why she was calling.

"I'm fine," I said before they could say anything.

Dad and Mom exchanged glances. "Camari, who would want to hurt you? We were surprised to see her dare to do that in front of so many people," Dad remarked worriedly.

"The culprit has been punished and the person who ordered it will get a warning, Dad," I consoled. "Don't worry. You've seen that I'm fine."
