115. We're over

[Zephyr’s POV]

Aera and Asashi looked at me, and I shook my head once.

‘Tell the security to monitor the courtesans. They will use this distraction to execute their plans.’ I mindlinked with them. “Don’t get distracted.”

‘And what will you do?’ Asashi spoke through mindlink.

‘I? I will get a little distracted tonight.’

I peered at Diana as she strutted on the table with slow, calculated and flashy strides. It seemed as if our gazes were fighting a war of their own.

Something in her gaze held complaints, a lot of complaints from me. Those eyes weren’t of someone who had come with to deceive me or ruin me. They were the eyes of someone who had come to dominate and claim what was theirs.

While I… I was burning. Burning with the urge to blind every eye that fell on her.

The music paced up with the cheers and whistles from men flocking around the table, looking at Diana with hawk eyes.

Diana’s every dance move flaunted her every curve. Her breasts, her ass, her legs, her waist — her eyes.
