Chapter 6

"What did you feel about those twos, it's like they are up to something" Linda said as they both walked down to the school gate

"I don't think so but i think you feel weird because of what they did right"

Linda looked at Alex and held his hands softly, "Alex I can see though you and I know that you are going through something but you don't wanna tell me"

"Tell you what? It's a lie bae I can't hide something from you"

"Then why do I have this feeling that you are hiding something from me"

Alex looked at her, she must not know what's going on so that she won't be in danger. it's the fact, he had to protect her and make sure she is perfectly safe.

"You don't understand me at all bae,I am fine....I am really fine" Alex said feigning a smile

"Okay I understand" Linda said and they both walked down.

"Those two, I will make sure I break them" kelvin said angrily

"You have to take it easy guy, though I don't think that we will have difficulty attacking the alpha, he is a simple defeat"

"That crazy being, he thought that he can dominate everywhere he goes"

"You just have to calm down, we got this but remember that we have another thing to deal with"

"Another thing"

"Yeah the pratical test will be starting tomorrow, we still have a lot to cover"

"That's true but did it matter"

"I think it does,if we want to get closer to her, we have to show that we are more capable of beating her down"

"That's a nice suggestion" kelvin said with a smile

"I need to go check the food" mark said and rushed to the kitchen.

Lucas stills feels surprised about the way Alex felt when he told him those things today. He is from the strongest pack in the werewolf realm but still cannot even notice him or any other werewolf around him. What is really wrong with him? This is unusual behavior. Lucas remembered the first day he came to the human world, he could sense a lot of werewolf mate in just a minute but Alex couldn't. Dropping his glasses on the table and closing the chemistry partical workbook he had been studying. What is wrong with him? Lucas asked himself but suddenly smiled. That will not be the only weakness he has but also many others, it will make him more vulnerable to the rest of his kind.

"Good morning class I hope you are all prepared for today's practical test" the chemistry teacher said

"Yes sir!!" The whole students replied

"We are going to be using the three available chemistry labs which means that all of you have to divide yourselves" the teacher said. Thought out today's school activities, Linda noticed that Alex was not in school...what's wrong with him. she had also tried calling him but he is not picking. He never showed the sign that something is wrong with him yesterday. He was perfect but she could see through him that he is somehow worried. Just as she wanted to go out of the library, Lucas blocked the door, "hi pretty" he said with a smile

"Ohh hello"

"Seems that you are going somewhere, can I tag along"

Why will he do that? Linda asked herself. "No I don't think you need to do that, I.."

"I insist" he said with another smile

Fine okay."you can come but I don't think I am going to a safe place"

"Woah....a pretty girl going for dangerous mission "

"Hey, lower your voice" she said and walked out, "I need to confrim something and it is a very important and dangerous task for me"

"Important yet dangerous"

"Yeah. So are you still coming with me or not"

"Can I know what task you want to do"

"No you don't....."

"Is this all about Alex?"

Linda went down with shock, how did he know that, goddammit. She said nothing but walked away from Lucas

"Bingo,I got you" he said with a smile and follow her secretly.

Alex decided to stay at home and fixed whatever is wrong with him. Why can't he sense his fellow mates, why can't he understand the special power in him. Why is he feeling so low and timid. What can he do to prove himself as a great alpha of his pack. He drink a cup of wine and dropped his cup. he wants to make himself drunk but can't, that's one of the greatest power of werewolf in the human world. Looking at his phone rings, Alex relaxed more on the chair. He can't let her know what's wrong. Not now,he can't expose her to danger.

The school closes as usual and students pours out of the school. According to the school structure, the administrative office is a two storey building, each building with four big offices. Students records is located at the second floor but getting in there requires expertise.

Linda held her breath as she moved closer to the admin building. What she is about to do is going to make her father hate her if they get to know. Picking up a button from her bag, she entered the building and pressed the button, immediately all cameras went off. Now she is free from surveillance cameras. The only thing is for her to get the info she wants . The information that would lead to another phase of her Life.

Lucas did not leave the school during closing hour but stayed back. He has been thinking on how to get to know what the pretty lady want to do. With his powers of speed ,he moved towards the the building within a minute. What is she doing here, he asked himself. Looking for her, he saw the way she was heading upstairs. Should I wait or follow her, he asked himself. Following her would expose him and let her know who she is while staying..... wouldn't do much damage to him. He tried looking for a suitable place to stay so that he will see her when she is done with whatever she is doing.
