2023-09-14 12:45:51At first, she thought it was just a dream when she heard a loud banging on the door that repeatedly disturbed her sleep. Then the banging sound was followed by the sound of the bell being pressed repeatedly with a very rough rhythm that made her angry and finally decided to get out of bed.
Carefully she tied the ropes of her sleeping robe, then walked like a zombie towards the front door to curse the knocker. Didn't the person know that she had just slept fifteen minutes ago? A very deep sleep because she was too tired from the many surprises she received today. But by being rude, the knocker added to her list of anger today by disturbing her sleep.
"Harper, sorry to bother you."
"Tyler?"
Harper almost cursed the man for his rudeness. But she didn't do that when she saw Tyler's face which looked as messed up as her. In short, they were both equally tired today.
