Chapter Fifty

"Rajjjjjj." I heard Roshni shouting immediately I stepped into the house. I threw everything I was holding in my hands aside and dashed to our room, where I met Roshni screaming and clutching her stomach in pain. I rushed to her side.

"Are you alright, Roshni?" I asked, even though I knew she was not, judging by the way her face was scrunched up in pain.

"My baby Raj, our baby." she screamed, this time, louder.

My gaze drifted down to her legs and my eyes widened on their own accord, Roshni was bleeding. The baby's life was in danger. I swiftly carried her to my car and then drove to the hospital in speed. I hoped and prayed silently that nothing bad should happen to any of them.

"Roshni, sunshine," I kept on calling her name to make sure she was still conscious.

"Please hurry up Raj, I'm in pain," Roshni cried.

"We're almost there, sunshine. You will be fine, our baby will be fine," I assured and continued driving fast. My attention was not really on the road, I was very wo
