"What do you mean?"

I hadn't heard that name for so long that I thought there was something that that sly woman could use about her, but I didn't know what was on the mind of the woman still sitting quietly by the bar.

The woman smiled. "Are you only willing to talk to me now after hearing the name of your beloved ex-wife?" She asked back, clearly mocking me with her actions.

Both she and I knew that I had never loved that woman, and Julia only said things like that to hurt my pride in wasting time in a useless relationship.

I motioned for the bodyguard to return to his position while I approached again. "What do you mean? There is no need for small talk."

"I told you earlier, I'm just meeting your ex-wife in prison. Poor thing. Do you have no intention of visiting her at all?" the woman asked, still sounding playful in my ears. I didn't cut her off, and she looked at me a little more seriously. "I heard he did something bad."
