Nicole's POV

I was already in my office, struggling with the files piled up on my desk as I went through them individually. I had forgotten to ask the man to bring me this pile of work when I arrived at the jewellery store, feeling that returning to the office before the break ended would be impossible.

As the company leader, I couldn't possibly set a bad example at work, so I chose to continue my work at home despite not liking it much.
