"OUT."

Reino dragged the woman he thought was moving too slowly out of the hotel room he had booked. He did not care if she was still half naked.

"Wait Reino. I'm not done getting dressed yet." The woman shouted angrily. But it was no use, Reino had already slammed the door.

The tall white man, still naked, growled in frustration in the messy suite. Not a mess after sex, but Reino had destroyed some of the room's contents.

Shards of decorative lamps lay on the floor, as did vases of flowers. Not to mention the phone and the electric kettle, which lay helplessly under the broken flat-screen TV.

"Damn it. What the hell did that woman do to me?" growled Reino, who was already sitting on the edge of the bed, cursing Lydia.

Yes, that was true. Lydia was Reino Andersen's ex-contract wife. The man cursed his ex-contract wife because after the incident when they accidentally slept together, Reino seemed to lose his quality in bed.

After yesterday's failure with his annoying secretary, this time it's even worse. Reino's 'antique' didn't react at all, even after being stimulated like crazy. And it was embarrassing.

"I have to do something." Reino muttered after he calmed down.

"I have to at least find out what made me this way. And that means starting with her."

Reino nodded in agreement with her idea, which he thought was a bit crazy. But rather than not being able to have fun, it was better to be crazy.

"Attention." Kiara suddenly shouted.

"They say Mr. Boss Reino is inspecting every department." Kiara continued while staring at her cell phone.

"What? How come? How did you know?" Mrs. Nia, who was busy checking reports, looked up immediately. Lydia, who was calculating taxes, looked over as well.

"I've joined many chat groups in this office, ma'am." Kiara smiled proudly at her wide social circle. "And now Mr. Reino says he wants to come to our department."

Lydia's eyes immediately rounded at the words of her colleague. Hearing that Reino was going to visit the finance department made Lydia panic, she had to get out of her room.

"I'm going to the bathroom for a while." Lydia said to Kiara who had returned to sit next to her.

Lydia walked as casually as she could. She didn't want to look like she was running away, even though that was her goal. But just as Lydia was about to turn right out of her room, Reino was already visible from a distance.

In a panic, Lydia immediately turned left. On the left there was nothing but a fire escape.

In the corner, by the way, was the room of the finance department, which was too big. Opposite the toilet and the door to the internal audit room. Inevitably, Lydia was forced to open the fire escape door.

Meanwhile, as the glass door of the room he was targeting opened, Reino could see Lydia walking out. He could even see her shocked face before she ran for the fire escape.

"She's avoiding me?" muttered Reino with the same irritated look on his face.

"Why, sir?" asked Reino's flirtatious secretary in confusion. She hadn't seen Lydia earlier because she was busy reading a report on her iPad for her boss.

Reino didn't answer and went straight to the finance department with an annoyed look on his face. Reino wanted to see what he could do with that impertinent desk.

"Mr. Reino." Mrs. Nia immediately stood up and greeted the big boss. The supervisor and the assistant manager followed behind her.

The other employees were about to join in the greeting, but Reino had already raised his hand. This signaled that they could continue working and not worry about him. Although it was hard not to notice Reino's presence,

The tall man looked around the large room. There were still two empty cubicles with four chairs and tables attached to each other and separated by a partition. The cubicles were square, just like the others, and the occupants could stare at each other.

At the end of the room were two large desks, employee lockers, a photocopier, a paper shredder, a vending machine, and a neatly organized refrigerator. The room was also nearly surrounded by shelves and cabinets for storing files.

"Whose desk is that empty?" Reino pointed to the cabin where Kiara and Revan were. There were two empty desks and one of them seemed to be unoccupied.

"That one is on maternity leave, sir. This one is Lydia's. She went to the bathroom."

Reino nodded, then deliberately sat down at Lydia's very neat desk. And Reino asked to check some reports he was working on, as an excuse to stay in the room longer.

While the reports were being prepared, Reino washed his eyes by staring at the desk of the woman who almost drove him crazy. It was really neat, with some organizers and simple decorations on it.

Papers were neatly arranged on a three-tiered paper shelf. Complete stationery was neatly arranged in a black iron pen holder.

On a whim, Reino opened Lydia's top drawer. The contents were also very neatly divided into organizers similar to the paper shelves and pen holders. Even the trash can at Reino's feet resembles a black iron net.

What's a bit different is the large pink calculator with Hello Kitty decorations. There are also two clip holders, each holding a Polaroid photo.

Reino looked at the photos carefully. The first photo was of 4 people that Reino remembered as Lydia's friends that he had seen eating together the other day. The other was a photo of 3 people, one of whom was a man. The familiarity of his ex-wife with the man in the photo made Reino's brow furrow.

"Please report, sir." Mr. Wales, as the supervisor who gave Reino the report, dispelled all the mulatto's thoughts.

Reino took the report and exchanged brief glances with Kiara, who was sitting next to him. Only briefly, before Reino opened the report page by page.

But the problem was that Reino couldn't even concentrate. His eyes kept looking at the photo on the table. Not to mention Reino's mind, which kept thinking that he was sitting where Lydia usually sat. The thoughts ended with Reino imagining Lydia sitting sensually on his lap.

"Damn it." He growled in annoyance.

"Is something wrong, sir?" Nia, who had deliberately sat at the empty table in the booth to see Reino's reaction, moved immediately.

"Nothing yet." Reino replied casually.

"I have to do something about that woman." Reino muttered to himself. "No matter what happens, I have to be able to get her on the bed."

Now there was only one problem. Reino could never get in touch with Lydia. For some reason, she never answered his calls after the divorce. And there was no way she was going to use the office intercom to tell him about such a sensitive matter.

So this time Reino decided to contact her in a primitive way. He took the sticky note that was lying on top of the pen holder and wrote something on it.

Meet me in the basement parking lot after work. Watch out if you're late. I'll fire you.

"What's that?" muttered Lydia when she felt something stuck under her keyboard. "Ah, Mr. Reino was sitting there when he checked the report. Maybe it was a paper clip that got stuck earlier." Kiara, who heard Lydia's muttering, replied immediately. Lydia's mouth opened wide when she heard Kiara's sentence. She had just heard that Reino had been sitting in her place when she had visited earlier. Luckily, Lydia returned after the man had left. For some reason, Lydia had the thought that what was under her keyboard was not a paper clip that had accidentally gotten stuck. And when she picked up her keyboard, there was a little yellow paper clip. Not just one, but several. With slow movements, so as not to be seen by the people around her, Lydia picked up the papers and unfolded them. She was no longer surprised to find almost identical writing on them. Lydia blinked her eyes several times, trying to understand the man's words. But whether she was slow or something, Lydia did not understand. Or maybe she had misheard. "Excuse me, what did Mr. Reino say?" asked Lydia, feeling very sure that she had misheard. Reino growled in annoyance. He had broken his shy nerve to say all that, but this skinny woman didn't even listen properly? "I want to make a new contract with you." "And what contract do you mean, sir?" Reino snarled angrily when Lydia still did not understand his meaning. Was she stupid or what? "I think I told you before. Be my bedmate, friend with benefits or whatever it's called." Reino glared at Lydia angrily. "Sorry, I still don't understand." Lydia replied, making Reino even angrier. "Are you stupid? Are my words not clear enough?" shouted Reino, feeling truly angry and belittled. "Mr. Reino's words were very clear. I just didn't understand what you meant by asking me like that. Why me?" Yeah. "Lydia." Mrs. Nia called in a worried voice. "Yes, ma'am?" Lydia approached her supervisor's desk as a courtesy. Ms. Nia and the supervisor had their own desks, so Lydia had to walk to the corner of the room that was separated by glass. "Is the tax calculation for last month done?" Mrs. Nia asked with a weary sigh. "Already, ma'am." "Then take it to Mr. Reino right away." Mrs. Nia sigh again. "Huh?" "Take it to Mr. Reino right away, Lydia." Mrs. Nia repeated, still sounding tired. "Oh, okay. I'll send it by email." Lydia replied still confused. "Bring it Lydia." Mrs. Nia growled, annoyed that she had to repeat herself three times. "Mr. Reino wants a hard copy. And just bring it, don't ask too many questions." Mrs. Nia scolded impatiently. Unable to resist anymore, Lydia just said yes with a confused look on her face. Even Kiara and Revan looked at her in surprise. Something was clearly wrong here. How could an ordinary employee like her be asked to deliver a report

There was no way she could say that she had refused to sleep with Reino Andersen. "You weren't harmed while you were in there?" asked Revan with great concern

"Finally." Lydia muttered softly, gasping for breath, holding a map in her hand. The 25-year-old woman looked up at the man sitting directly in front of her. A cold man who has so many expressions other than angry, confused, flat and cold. Oh, and maybe satisfied that it's done. "It's a pleasure to work with you, Mr. Reino." Lydia extended her hand to the man who was now her ex-husband. Reino didn't shake Lydia's hand right away. He saw the thin hand first, before his long pause was accompanied by a breath of relief. "I hope we don't have to work together anymore." Reino replied with his characteristically cold expression. Lydia actually felt angry, but she tried to control herself. This Reino was still her boss in the office, so Lydia just smiled. "Arrange payment as soon as possible." Lydia could still hear Reino's lazy phone call from his lawyer next to him. Lydia felt annoyed with that lazy way of talking. Even if there's nothing else to do, he doesn't have to be so cruel,

"How?" Lydia screamed again. She had just woken up when she heard her alarm go off. But as soon as she turned to the other side of the bed, still sleepy, Lydia's half-closed eyes collided with a sight she thought was only found in movies or novels. Slowly, Lydia moved her eyes to look at herself. Even without removing the blanket, Lydia could feel that she was wearing nothing, but still she peered under the blanket and almost squealed. "What's going on?" muttered Lydia as she crept up to lean against the headboard. "Be quiet."The baritone voice she knew so well made Lydia jump. She turned her head and was shocked to see the man with his back to her. "Oh, my God. Polar bear," Lydia muttered under her breath. Lydia jumped when the man moved again. Fortunately, she didn't wake up, just mumbling in her sleep. Not wanting to stay in that place any longer, Lydia got out of bed. Then she picked up her clothes, flinching occasionally when Reino moved or mumbled in his sleep. "Oh, my

And what she was about to hear left her in shock."Mr. Reino says he wants to see you, Lydia. He wants to thank you for last year's shortfall and our new product budget." Her manager's words made Lydia's eyes widen even more. Why would the stingy Reino suddenly want to thank her? And that was for last year's incident. "Isn't that wrong, ma'am?" asked Lydia, sure that her manager had misunderstood. There was no way she could get credit for something like that."It's not wrong, Lyd. You should go to the upstairs room now. It's not often that ordinary employees like us get to see Boss Reino's handsome face." "Handsome my ass," Lydia shouted to herself. With a very lazy movement, Lydia couldn't help but walk out of her room. She felt extremely depressed about meeting her fake ex-husband. Especially when this man was as co

"Ugh..." Lydia winced and then grimaced in pain as she got up from the toilet seat and walked to the sink. After washing her hands, Lydia looked at her reflection in the mirror. Even to the naked eye, she could clearly see the red spots on her neck. There weren't many, but one stood out the most. Around the base of Lydia's neck were faint finger-like marks. As if she had been strangled. And there was no need to ask whose fingerprints they were. They were Reino Andersen's. "This is really crazy. How could it be like that? That polar bear almost killed me." Lydia, remembering the events of last night, got goosebumps. It really had been a hot and brutal night. Lydia had to remember to cover this up for a while in the afternoon before her mother and brother came home."Shitting hurts so much, God," Lydia mumbled after she managed to get back on her bed. Lydia was in so much pain right now. Everyone says that making love is so good, but what is this? The process was fun, but the pain

"Thank you." Lydia smiled as she took the red plastic handed to her by the online motorcyclist. Lydia then hurried back to the lobby of her office. It was after hours and people were starting to leave the office building. And it seemed that Lydia was the only one who actually ran inside, towards the bathroom on the first floor. Unfortunately, because she was in too much of a hurry, Lydia bumped into someone. "I'm sorry, sir. I wasn't looking at the road." Lydia immediately lowered her head to apologize to the person she had bumped into. Actually, Lydia didn't pay attention to who she bumped into, but from the clothes she knew it was a man. And Lydia didn't expect the package of medicine she was holding, labeled with an online health app, to fall to the ground and be picked up by the man. "Are you sick?" The deep baritone voice startled Lydia. She immediately looked up to find Reino holding her plastic medicine. Lydia had tried desperately to avoid the man, but why did they k

She was curious as to what Reino was focusing on, but could not find what he was looking at. "How many times have I told you? Stop calling me honey." Reino growled when the woman in front of him looked back at him. "But we're dating, aren't we?" "Dating? Who said that?" asked Reino, rudely putting his wine glass down on the table. "Ah." Reino nodded and understood what she meant. "After we spent the night in bed a few times and now you feel special?" The sour-faced man asked the woman before him. "It's not that. I just ...." Lydia's steps stopped and she stared at her colleague for a moment. If she was honest, Lydia was actually uncomfortable being carried by someone of the opposite sex she wasn't too close to. That's why she always preferred online taxis to motorcycle taxis. But since it was still the middle of the month and her finances were low, she said yes. "But I didn't go straight home. I have a meeting with my friends first and it looks like it's a bit far," said Lydia. Lydia explained. "Where is it?" Lydia mentioned the name of a cafe and Revan immediately agreed to take her there. He said he happened to have some business nearby

"Oh God, this is so tiring." Lydia massaged her throbbing temples. Because of Erika, two of her other best friends had bothered her into the night. They all even came together to visit Lydia's house after office hours. If the married Cinta hadn't been looking for a husband, Lydia's friends might have stayed the night. Especially since the other hosts didn't mind. "Good morning. Why do you look so tired?" One of Lydia's colleagues greeted her. "Good morning too. I'm just still sleepy." Lydia replied as she settled into her chair. As planned, Lydia returned to work today. And the pain she felt had also diminished considerably. All that remained were the reddish spots that had now begun to turn black.Luckily, all the marks could still be covered with plenty of concealer. Erika, who had the most complete makeup kit, gave her a brand new expensive concealer, complete with sponge and brush. Lydia was very grateful because she didn't have any of that.
