Throw some gems my way, loves! <3
Aiyisha stared at the bronze colored, handsome Alpha training with the other males in her pack, and a light blush covered her cheeks at the wild thoughts that had been flicking through her head. She had never been grateful for anything in her life, but she was one hundred percent grateful to the fates for bringing Killian into their lives. You see, for a long time, the she wolf’s life had settled into a routine. She spent her whole life training for a position that even she knew deep down that her father would never hand down to her simply because of her sex… she trained so hard, got so good at it that the male wolves in her pack were mostly no match for her, and all felt intimidated by her, they mostly avoided her like she was the plague. Thankfully, she got along just fine with the other she-wolves in her pack, but she couldn’t help but desire Aphrodite’s blessing... she just wanted that special connection with a male. And then fate rought this handsome hunk into her life. Now,
Nighttime came too quickly for the blonde haired she-wolf. She was nervous, and you’d be too if you had decided to move onto someone who was intimidating in every sense of the word. Aiyisha hadn’t seen him since noon when she had watched him practice, and that night, for the first time since Killian joined their pack, she didn’t have dinner with him. She needed to get ready— in every sense of the word if you know what I mean. And so she took extra care to make sure that she applied the foul smelling paste one of the she-wolves had recommended to her all over her body— apparently, it got rid of all unwanted hairs, leaving everywhere smooth and neat. She bathed in a mixture of sweet smelling oils to get the foul smell off her body. Everything was fresh and clean by the time she was done— her body clothed in a lovely white dress, so tight and skimpy that even she found it surprising that she was still able to breath, her face smoothed and paled by powder, her lips coated a deep shade
“Good morn, my lord,” Kendra greeted softly, trying her best to come off as ill after an entire day of avoiding the General. When she left the impromptu meeting from the day before— yes, the very one that had been called to address her actions when she had been in wolf form, she hadn’t gone out of her tent since, cooped up inside for fear of being sniffed out by the General and his impressive nose that for some weird reason could sense wolves and the supernatural. I mean, how did that even work anyway? She wanted to believe that perhaps he had been lying to her about it all— lying to maybe impress her? Because he hadn’t exactly sniffed her out yet despite all his claims. But that wasn’t a chance she was willing to take since she knew the consequences would be dire if his claims turned out to be true. And so she had been indoors, trying to come up with ways to get this silly quest already over and done with. It wasn’t until later on in the evening that she found out from one of t
General Alaric Macintyre had dreamt of this moment for days. He had pictured every possible scenario that could have ensued after his confession, but nothing had prepared him for the shocked way she had stared at him, nor how she had suddenly burst into hysterical laughter. He had not thought she’d stand up, still in shock, pacing to and fro like that, pulling at her beautiful curls as she muttered the word ‘no’ over and over again. And he had most certainly never thought, that instead of love... o-or at least joy, he'd instead see digust in her beautiful eyes. Was the thought of being with him that bad for her to imagine? “Artemis, what is going on? You’re freaking me out.” He said, standing up, Kendra’s heart was hurting… so bad. It never ended with her, did it? How poetically ironic. That the very thing she had been running from, the very thing that had practically let her selfishly leave her best friend to his doom had followed her here in another form? Was this the great d
Killian Silvercrest couldn’t sleep. He had been pretty knackered from a very stressful day. He had pushed himself and the pack’s male wolves to an incredible point, one that he hadn’t been at in a long time and the pressure felt good. So good. However, he had forgotten just how annoying the aftermath could be. The stress, that tension that came with it… the desire to go even farther. But there was also this unexplainable feeling in his chest that he could quite put a finger on, and he was pretty sure it was the main reason for his restlessness. Someway somehow, all he knew was that it had something to do with his mate, and at that point he wouldn’t have minded having someone to talk to about it like he had the night before, when he had conversed with Aiyisha deep into the night. He wanted to do it again, but he definitely didn’t want to give her the wrong ideas, especially when they both knew she had already tried to cross the line once. It was better that he kept some proper dist
The other side was a dungeon? Unbelievable! Kendra had heard many stories about the afterlife, but she had never imagined that it would be a dungeon. But then again, it wasn’t exactly surprising for the female Beta. Mankind was alive, meaning there was no way something alive would have any idea about the unknown, no matter how much they claimed— no matter how they tried to get it right. It just wasn’t going to work. Everything seemed hazy for the young she-wolf as she tried to recall the circumstances that had led her here— right into this very moment. She remembered rejecting the General. Her heart warmed in anger again as she thought about the whole thing— how the gods and goddesses just wouldn’t leave her alone. The funny thing was that mankind was supposed to be in an era where things were different— where science was just starting to take over, where evidence beat belief any day, anytime, but it seemed like people were turning back to them even more than before. She was so
It felt like an eternity since Kendra had been imprisoned in the damned cell. She had no idea what time it was— what day it was, seeing as it was always dark, with light from one single torch being the only source of illumination in the small space. The female beta had barely caught any sleep as well, fearing the huge rats that seemed to share the cell with her— vile rodents that nibbled at her feet as soon as they caught her dozing off. She generally hated the pests with a passion, so this was literally hell for her. But even with all of that, that was honestly the least of her worries. She had no idea how many days she had been locked up in there, and she was so worried for Killian. For him not to have come charging in here by now, ready to save her like he always did had to mean that something was seriously wrong, and her heart hurt just from overthinking— from imagining worst case scenarios. She prayed to whoever cared to listen that he was okay— it was all she had been doing
“Y-you’re the Silver Witch?” Kendra asked in open amazement. The woman standing before her did not look a day over twenty five, and from what the she wolf had heard, the Silver witch was more than two centuries old. “Indeed I am,” “B-but, I don’t understand… you look so young!” A part of her thought maybe she was being fooled… and with the way things had been going for her, it was only normal that she’d feel that way— that she’d be quite paranoid of this silver lining that seemed to have fallen right onto her lap. The dreadlocked woman dressed in a flowing, beautiful, thick, white robe with a hood stepped away from the cauldron. She moved towards the distressed, dung covered woman, her head cocked to the side in curiosity. Snapping her fingers, she said, “KLERE VERANDER!” and Kendra’s rag for clothes vanished, only to be replaced with a stunning red fitting bodice that seemed to have been sewn together with a matching set of breeches. The she wolf’s hands tentatively reached out to

CHAPTER 84- BLOODY FUCKING HELL (Epilogue) One week later “No! I do not believe you.” This time Katie, our busty blond from chapter one was the one doing all the exclaiming, her heavy breasts swinging from side to side as she shook her head in disbelief at her friend Jen’s incredible tale, “You are lying.” “Why would I lie about such a thing?” Jen huffed in annoyance at the accusation, “I saw it with my own eyes. The Alpha’s daughter has a golden birthmark right where her heart should be.” “H—how did you even manage that? No one is even allowed near their nursery for crying out loud.” “Well… let us just say that I have my ways, but do you understand what that means?” She whispered conspiratorially, “She really has a heart of gold. Just like Aphrodite had proclaimed.” But Jen was not convinced. “Perhaps it is not what you think… maybe it is just a birthmark and nothing more. But if it truly is, then I—I do not understand… h—how would that even work?” The skinny redhead tried to w
83. LABOR “What does a heart of gold even mean, Kendra?” Artemis Landon asked as they discussed the issue again, confusion very much apparent in her green eyes as she played with her friend’s hair. “You think she meant it in the literal sense?” Kendra shook her head as she pondered over the question, the same one that had been on hers and everyone else’s mind since news of her pregnancy had spread. “I honestly do not think so… that would just be preposterous, you know? Not to talk about being practically impossible.” She rubbed her rapidly protruding stomach fondly, “Perhaps Aphrodite meant one of my children would be kind-hearted?” “Perhaps.” Artemis conceded, her eyes bright with amusement at Aphrodite’s cunning ways. Three months had passed since Kendra and Killian’s union, and it had been nothing but absolute bliss… even though Aphrodite’s prophecy had had them thinking. The grandiose ceremony had been an unforgettable one, with so much pomp and splendour that was unlikely to
Yellow flickering lights lit up the expansive outdoors right behind the Silver Crest Pack house. As a matter of fact, Kendra had to do a double take when she looked around, for even she could barely recognise the place. Morgana and whoever had chipped in to help had really done wonders on this one. A beautiful bride. That was what Kendra was, dressed in sheer, white silk that was in no way modest… and yet she was the epitome of delicateness and innocence— two words Kendra could say she was not really familiar with. She felt like one too—a beautiful bride, that is—as her nanny, Rhea led her through the parted crowd. Howls announced her entrance instead of the normal wedding chants and bells, and her feet bore no shoes… Yes, Kendra was no ordinary bride. She and Killian were practically already married, but if she was being honest, there was just something about doing things the right way that had her feeling… fulfilled. That had her feeling new again, refilled with the beauty and
“What do you mean by we are having it tonight?” Killian voiced out his confusion. “Tonight will definitely not be possible, Morgana,” Kendra joined in. “How are we going to get ready in just six hours? There’s a whole lot to do… invites have not even been sent out—” “Woah, woah, woah guys… don’t shoot the messenger?” The Silver Witch tried to calm them down, “Listen to everything I have to say first at least before freaking out.” When she was sure that her words had gotten to them and they had calmed down, she continued, “The ceremony is going to be in two parts, the secret session which will be held only in front of your entire pack, and the grand session which would take place on any day of your choosing. You can invite anyone you would like for that one.” “I see. It’s not so bad then,” Kendra agreed, adjusting her share of the covers as she sat up in the huge bed. “See? I told you it is not.” Morgana replied, “However… there’s one little part that perhaps, you two might find un
80. THE ANNOYING INTERRUPTION Almost two weeks had passed since the Silver Crest Pack returned to their territory and they had pretty much returned to their former glory already—if not most definitely surpassed it, that is.Killian had been made head of the werewolf Council, and already, plans were underway to regroup the small werewolf communities into much larger groups so they could be better protected. Not only that, but the communities had been receiving grain and aid while the plans were being drawn out, and they were also being guarded in case of emergencies like an unexpected attack.Truly, it had been a stressful, but fruitful two weeks. So busy that Killian had barely had the time to see his mate… or even rest with her, yet alone to talk of having a quick tumble in the sheets. The Alpha was agitated, his wolf even more so… for all he wanted was to relax with Kendra in bed, talking at least, if not doing anything else. But with power came an even greater responsibility. The
79- RESTORATION The Alpha and his mate, and their mini entourage stood rooted before their carriage, even as the fuming green eyed alpha approached them, quite confused with the whole scene unfolding before them. Their confusion quickly turned into annoyance though, for when Tyrone reached them—his own Beta, Patrick in tow, his angry countence quickly disappeared, and he began to burst into loud laughter instead. “H—how I wish an artist could have captured your faces in a painting. I was just joking. ” He wheezed in amusement, turning to his beta who was for the sake of Kendra and Killian trying real hard to keep a straight face. “I guess my acting skills did pay off after all.” He said. “This is not funny, Tyrone.” Kendra voiced out her displeasure, “I cannot even believe I missed this,” She muttered under her breath to Killian’s hearing, but Tyrone heard her too. “Ouch.” A hand went against his chest as though he had been wounded by her words, “I am going to ignore all of that
CHAPTER 78- THE JOURNEY BACKThe send-off party had been a truly wonderful blast. It had gone on deep into the wee hours of dawn, ensuring that the Alpha and his mate did not go back to bed for a brief moment of shut-eye even. Instead, they had headed straight into a provided carriage almost immediately after the ceremony had ended, waving their goodbyes to the crowd that had come to see them off after they had said their special goodbyes to Aiyisha and her sister, Yelena, Sanjit and Leray and the old couple, Saul and Rida. They had even bid the old, annoying, retired Alpha a special goodbye before they left, for despite his bad side, he had not cast them out of his pack when they had come to him for help. Honestly speaking, the two would have just been content with two horses as their parting gift which they would have had had returned once they retrieved their own horses from Désirée’s tavern— but Aiyisha would have none of it, insisting that she wanted to send them off in true Dna
CHAPTER 77- THE SEND-OFF PARTYWednesday morning saw the Dnakle pack actively cleaning the aftermaths of the Red Moon… which had thankfully not been as dreadful as it should have been all thanks to Leray and his amazing gadgets. By twelve noon, everything was done… and preparations were being put in place for Killian and Kendra’s surprise send-off party before they left for Silver Crest.Oh yes. It was going to be the party of the year in Dnakle. But will all those light thoughts aside, in all truth, Aiyisha had really been worried for her two friends yesterday. She had seen how worried they had been when dusk had set in yesterday… had seen how that worry had increased with each darkening turn of the moon… hell, sh had seen how even they had not believed that they were out of the woods yet. And from all they had told her, with regards to how Aphrodite had killed Kendra and then restored back her life, to how they were now officially in the clear and all, Aiyisha could not help but
