Chapter 72

Two days later. Kassady woke up from the bed and was surprised to see that Davies was not in the room with her. She stood up and checked around the room but it seemed like he already left for work.

“Didn't he say he is on a one month leave from work.” Kassady said childishly and walked out of the room, she wanted to call him but she felt he'll feel too important so she decided not to bother calling him.

She walked downstairs and while she was in the sitting room she started feeling hungry. Kassady sluggishly walked from the couch to the kitchen, she passed the dining room and noticed there was something on it so she went back to check.

She opened all the dishes and she was happy to see the food. She saw a note on the dining table. She found herself blushing while reading it.

Kassady sat down and slowly ate all the food on the dining table, when she was done she heard a knock on the door.
