LISA

We ran as fast as we could into the woods and my legs were starting to tremble because of how far we've gone. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to stop. Melina was the one helping me though since I was too weak to continue.

My heartbeat was racing very fast thinking that we were not going to make it or perhaps there were some of his men. It terrified me and I couldn't imagine them making their way here to attack us.

Melina noticed that I didn't walk anymore as a way to support her and decided that we sit down a little. She led me into a shade where we could relax a bit.

I was trying to catch my breath and the injuries weren't making anything better. It was like they were adding to my agony and I could tell that Melina was extremely worried and panicking right now.

I didn't want her to feel that way, thinking that she had already gone through so much trouble because of me. " What are we going to do?"
