CHAPTER NINETY-FOUR: Are you shot?

Enfield wasn't very far from where we were. Being far wasn't even an excuse to retrieve from what I planned. I felt thick beads of perspiration dripping from my forehead. Every hair on my head raised in unionism as the anger rushed down my spine. At almost every interval, I whispered and smirked.

"How close are we?" I turned to the boy with the laptop. He was busy with it. His bulky eyes bind with the screen.

"Not too close, Sir. We still have to drive 10 mins more." I pulled down the car window and pushed my face out of the window. I needed fresh air. But I couldn't tell why I needed extra air when the car had AC on. Could it be that I am tense?

I have not engaged in a mission like this for a very long time. Although I have experience in shooting and fist-fighting, I must be true to myself that I wasn't a soldier.

"Are you alright sir?" The head of my special security team asked. I wanted to ignore him but for some reason, I couldn't explain and I nodded to him. He probably had sense
