“It's twenty-four hours already, yet you are still fuming, Your Highness—” I lifted my head to see Evelyn standing before me with her arms resting on her belly. She doesn't understand how I feel, and neither do I. I've tried several times to get rid of the anger in me…to believe that I have nothing to do with King Ramsey any longer, but I can't find myself doing that.
