077 Aiden's Choice

Dahlia’s POV

I take a sudden gasp, feeling like the whole world’s air is being sucked into a dark hole and I can’t breathe. I stagger back but the man won’t leave me alone. He presses close, slowly and dangerously, like the predator he is.

“You...you know?!” I cover my mouth, too scared to move.

“You aren’t the first one trying to poison him, little thing,” Lupus snorts coldly, his eyes looking void as if the soul living in there left, “but you are the first one to ever get to try a second time.”

I shake my head in tears: “I’m sorry! I wasn’t trying to poison you--”

“Ohh, no worries, you didn’t. You set me free,” Lupus grins at me. A warmth-less, deadly grin, “I wouldn’t get to spend some alone time with you otherwise, little thing.”

I don’t want to spend time with him. He is scary. I want Damon.
