A familiar person

In a speeding car, Kim seemed to be in deep thought. in her mind, going back there was similar to stepping into Lion's den. She knew how ruthless and selfish everyone there was. She wasn't going to act weak or pretend. She knew they all hated her and wants her gone. If she wants to survive there she has to avoid any form of advances. She's had a few encounters with the members of the Royal family, they didn't seem friendly at all. They don't even try to pretend.

Kim breathed deeply. She felt Henry's big palm cover hers. Then he pressed it slightly, trying to comfort her since she had a worrisome look on her face

"What are you thinking?" He said calmly, looking directly into her eyes seductively.

"Do you also want to be in my thoughts?" She retorted sharply.

"If it's possible, I would." He said with a straight face, one would think he is angry.
