Shadow met with Edmund secretly after two days passed. 

Next to her was Conan, as the organizer, and Cole who was stubborn enough to cling to her like a leech.

Elijah had an urgent matter she wanted to do while Sabrina had to meet the high-ranking for some development purpose. Shadow didn’t care enough to know what happened around the archangel temple.

Hence, leaving Cole and Conan to guard her. They accepted the job gratefully.

Edmund was sitting in front of Shadow in a wooden chair. The chair was so basic and practically screamed cheap, he didn’t care though. He had one goal in mind and today he would grab it, by hook or by crook.

The atmosphere between them was clearly different from before.
