The Wildest Night (1)

“Ho ho. You are daring.” The high-pitched voice reprimanded Naomi who was a few meters away from them.

“We will kill you and present your body to our Overlord.” The assistant was in a denial state as well. 

“What makes you think she will favor you more than me?” Naomi patiently waits for the smoke to dissipate while freely engaging with these two breathing vampires.

“Be- because…” The assistant gulped the nervous saliva hesitantly as their presence was slowly revealed and the smoke was cleared out. “Because we are stronger than you.”

Naomi’s nose flared up as her lips twitched. She was quite shocked by their confident response even though this small lord has declared her stance.
