Chapter 4

It's 6 in the morning, and I'm going for a run. I couldn't sleep all night thinking over and over again about that man, but I wanted to clear my mind, so I decided to get some fresh air and maybe swim for a while in the lake. I get out of the packhouse and start running.

When I am finally at the lake, I close my eyes and breathe, and this place always gives me peace. I don't know what it has, but here I feel safe, and I can clear my thoughts; without waiting any longer, I take off my clothes and enter the water.

I'm swimming away from the shore when I decide to submerge, and that's when I see him; below me is swimming a man. Immediately I returned to the surface, and I move a little away from him, trying to cover my body with my hands, but who am I kidding at this point? He already saw me up to my tonsils.

He comes to the surface, and that's when I am shocked. His wet blond hair falls on his shoulders; he has blue eyes that captivated me when I saw them with the reflection of the water; it seems as if they have their own magic; I could not stop looking at him until I reacted and realized that I was naked in front of him.

We both looked at each other for a moment, and I could see how he was looking down at my body, —Hey, eyes up here, look up here—I said, annoyed.

I told him quite annoyed, this situation was very uncomfortable, but thinking about it, we are in the water. Maybe he didn't have the chance to see my body completely naked.

—I'm sorry, it wasn't my intention to see you naked, I mean, I was swimming here, and when I raised my head, it's not like I could avoid it, and I didn't want to do it,— he said with a slight smile on his face, idiot.

—You have no shame; you should at least hide it,— I said, looking at him with an angry face.

—Why should I? You have a beautiful body,— said the asshole, —Shit, swallow me up, he saw me!

—What are you waiting for to leave? I'm not going to stay here all morning to be seen.

—You're waiting for me to leave first so that you can admire me; you want to see me so much,— he said while he looked at me with a smile, the stupid idiot.

—Me, don't make me laugh, I've seen better, don't get so excited; you're nothing out of this world.

When did I finish saying that? He started to approach me, and my eyes opened wide as if they were going to pop out of my face; —What are you doing? — I said, trying to get away from him.

—I wanted to check what you just told me.

—Check, what do you mean? — I said, a little confused.

—If I get close enough, you can see me better, and believe me, you will realize that I am unique down there,— he said, smiling at me, so he is feeling pretty sure of himself. - I thought.

—You are an idiot, besides what are you doing here, I don't recognize you, I don't think I have seen you near my pack, you know what they do to the rouges— I told him while I got a little closer to him and whispered in his ear— they castrate them.

—Really,—he said, pursing his lips, trying to laugh at my comment.

—I guess I have no choice but to go, me first,— he said and began to swim to shore.

At that moment,  I realized what I was going to do, and this idiot was about to get out of the water, and as much as I wanted to turn my head away. I couldn't, and that's when I saw him in all his splendor. I couldn't help but open my mouth in the shape of an "O," he was gorgeous, his biceps, his ass, a Greek god in front of me.

He noticed and just started to laugh; he put on a pair of shorts, then he turned his head and stared at me.

 —You like what you saw because, by the look on your face, I just checked this— he said while he lowered his head, pointing to his penis—, you had never seen such a big one.

I looked at him, and I couldn't help blushing completely. He noticed — you look beautiful blushing, babygirl, see you later and don't take so long to leave,  there might be another wolf around that might not be as gentlemanly as me, in letting go such a delicious prey. —he said as I watched him slowly walk away.

After making sure he was gone, I swam to shore and ran out of the water to take cover immediately. Still, I couldn't stop and wonder who it was, would I ever see him again, !hell, Hannia! Why did you want to see him again? He's so cocky; I think I'm going crazy.

THE NEXT DAY

After running in the forest, I decided to avoid going to the lake. I didn't want to meet that stranger again; the day continued with my daily routine after my training and a good bath. I was reading a little bit, and it was already dinner time. I was in the main dining room while my brother approached me.

 —Why are you eating alone? I'm surprised to see that you are not surrounded by those idiots who try to conquer you,— he said mockingly.

—Hello to you too and I don't know why you are surprised, you know that I don't like to be flattered, they can be with me and try to impress me, but I am not interested in them or anyone else —I told him while I continued eating.

—Someday, sis, the man who will move your world will come along, and you won't think the same way,— she said as she took broccoli off my plate.

—And when that day comes, he will have to be worthy of me, or I will reject him; I'm not sitting around waiting for my mate to arrive, I thought you knew me better, Xander,— I said, smiling at him.

—Because I know you, I'm telling you.

— What about you? Have you met her yet?.

—I'm not sitting around waiting either, and why would I do it when the little wolves are all over me, and I can choose the one I like without any remorse.

—Some day, Xander, that's going to bring you consequences, you're a whore, you know that— I said, mocking him.

—Yes, I know, by the way, you know Maximo is visiting, don't you? —He said, looking at me.

Still, now that we're back, you'll see him more often, besides our packs are relatively close; only a border divides us, so please, I don't want to see you with him. —I'm sorry, you think I'm so stupid to hang out with one of your friends; besides, even if he is uncle Sebastian and aunt Elena's son.  I'm not interested in him; I'm not stupid to hang out with a prostitute like you. Ewwwww, just thinking about how many beds both of you have been in makes me want to puke.

You say that right now, but you'll be like all of them when you see him; well, I hope not; it would be uncomfortable for me.

I approached Xander and put my hands on his cheeks, and squashing them, —Don't worry, little brother, I'm not even curious to see him again. I don't even remember his face; it's been so long since I've seen him, I wouldn't even recognize him, even if he was naked in front of me.

—Haaaaaaaaa, Hannia, why would you see him naked? I already told star away from him.

—Don't worry.

—By the way, I forgot, dad is waiting for you in his office, he wants to talk to you.

As I listened to him, I rolled my eyes —I knew it was too true to be accurate, and now what did I do— I said, looking at him.

—Don't look at me,—said Xander, while he continued eating from my plate, —Don't kill the messenger. I'm just passing on the message, but you don't have to be very smart to know what that's about; you know that sooner or later, you'll have to accept and go to mom's Coven to start your training, right.

—Why are you all so anxious for me to go? You could pretend for a moment that you want me to be here, at least you; I didn't expect this from you. — I said, looking at him disappointed.

—Well, the faster I go, the quicker I can get rid of my discomfort and avoid an argument.

I knew what was waiting for me, that speech about the tradition and your obligation for having the warlock gene, my responsibility before the pack, and my future as a possible Luna of an alpha. Everything had to be related to be someone's property because it just couldn't be me. Hannia always listened to your comments as a great Moon, or your mate will be happy with you, shit! I was sick of it, but I wouldn't give my arm, not in this case, I don't want to rime to Paris no one will tell me how to make my life.

I arrived at the office and knocked on the door, waiting for permission to enter — Come in! —said my father.

—Dad sent for me,— I said somewhat seriously, looking at them.

—Yes, sweety, please sit down,— said my mother.

—I'm going to get scolded for kicking my cousin's ass; she is the one who always started ...... —I said, but my father stopped me saying—What fight between you?

Damn it! I think I messed up. —I thought.

—Nothing, forget it, it doesn't matter.

—Besides, in a week, you will be 16. We will announce that you will go to Paris; I have given you enough time to reconsider, but no more young lady, it is decided, and soon you will leave. —said my father, very determined.

I stared at them and stood up, —Then I don't understand why you take the trouble to ask me when you already decided for me,— I said, very annoyed. I could feel my breathing too much agitated.

At that moment, I could not stand it anymore. My hands were covered with blue flames, and my eyes were an intense blue. I felt hurt because my parents told me that I could not control myself and keep me away from everything.

I looked at my hands and started to take a few steps back in surprise because this had never happened to me before, I had been able to do some tricks and spells, but I had never lost control like this.

—Breathe, control your breathing, you can do it, baby—said my mother, and I did it; my flames began to consume and disappear from my hands; in my face, a smile was drawn. I looked at my mother, proud of what I had achieved.

She looked at me and said, —I am proud of you, beautiful;— said my mother making me feel good about myself.

—And you still wonder why, I want to send you to the Coven, you can't control your powers, and that's a clear sign of that, you will leave, and you won't come back until you turn 18 when you can recognize your mate and maybe that will change your attitude a little bit, young lady.

—Hansen,—said my mother is looking at him, surprised by his words.

—I don't know why I'm surprised that you want to send me away; that's the tradition in our family, to send the daughters away. It happened with my mother, and now it will happen to me. I wish I had never been born. — I said angrily; I could not even think well what I was saying; I was furious; I left my father's office and ran away.
