Raven Darkmoor’s POV

Once again I had to attend a meeting with the elders.

Each step I took echoed in the silence, but I paid it no mind. I had walked this path too many times to care.

Inside the council chamber, the air was thick with authority and the scent of burning incense. The Elders were already seated, seeing their faces made me sick. It seemed like the one filled with wisdom and strength but deep down I knew they were just old annoying folks. Their eyes turned to me as I entered, unreadable yet expectant. I was always the last elder to arrive at any meetings.

Elder Rowan, the eldest and most revered among them, was the first to speak. His voice, rough like dry bark, filled the chamber.

“The messenger had returned from Luca”s pack” he said. “He brought the feedback from Luca.”

I met his gaze, unreadable. “Yes.”

Elder Balthazar leaned forward, his large hands resting on the table. “ And we got the information you both were attacked by hunters.”

A ripple of murmurs spread throu

Luca’s POV“Again.”My voice rang through the training grounds, firm and unwavering. The young wolves before me panted heavily, sweat glistening on their skin as they struggled to catch their breath. But I didn’t let up. Strength wasn’t built through comfort. It was forged through discipline.“Your stance is weak,” I told one of the boys, “A single misstep in battle could be the difference between life and death.”He nodded, his determination rekindling. Good.I turned to another, a young female werewolf who had hesitated during the last attack. “You second-guess too much. Trust your instincts.”She clenched her fists, frustration flashing in her eyes, but she nodded.I exhaled, watching them reset into position. They had potential, unrefined.Just as I was about to issue another round of drills, a scout burst into the training grounds, breathless and tense.“ Luca!”Immediately, I turned to him, my posture stiffening.“What is it?”“Hunters,” he panted. “They’ve ambushed one of our p

Kael’s POVI perceived the scent of blood and herbs the moment I stepped into the healer’s cabin. Luca was lying on the bed, his face paler than I’d ever seen it.I got even concerned, I thought he would feel better when Elara healed him.I wasn’t even aware of the attack. I spent time with Elara until she was called upon to heal Luca.I didn't even know it was this serious. I saw Luca, our strongest, our fiercest, reduced to this? It felt wrong. The guy had always been untouchable, unbreakable. Seeing him like this sent a sharp wave of unease through me.I felt disappointed for not being there, maybe I would have watched his back.I turned and saw Elara was sat right beside him, her hands hovering near his wound, her brows furrowed in concentration. They both chatted happily. And from the looks of it, she wasn’t leaving his side.I made my presence known as they didn't notice when I got in.“You look like hell Luca, I'm sorry I wasn't there.” I muttered, stepping further into the ro

Luca’s POVI felt relieved when I woke up.The pain had dulled, my mind was clear, and I didn’t feel like my body was betraying me.Although I wasn’t completely at ease.I knew I had been unconscious for hours or longer.I couldn’t lie in the healer’s cabin any longer. There was too much to do.I pushed myself up, ignoring the stiffness in my limbs. The healer would throw a fit if he saw me trying to move, but I had no patience for his lectures.A light shuffle made me glance sideways.Elara was curled up in a chair beside the bed, fast asleep. Her dark hair tumbled over her shoulders, her breathing soft and even. She must have stayed with me all night.Something tight gripped my chest at the thought. She was kind hearted, seeing her here, refusing to leave my side even after I had told her to, I realized she was more than just determined. She was relentless.I exhaled and shifted my legs over the edge of the bed. My boots were nearby, and I reached for them, wincing slightly as my mu

Elara's POV I woke up alone.Luca was nowhere to be found. The first thing I noticed was the empty bed. I should have known he'd disobey after everything. I saw the healer was asleep on the other part of the cabin.I sat up, blinking against the dim glow of the dying lantern.Of course, I should have expected it.A sigh escaped my lips as frustration bubbled up inside me. Luca was supposed to be resting, not running around doing whatever it was that couldn't possibly wait until morning.I threw the blanket off and stood up, running a hand through my hair. I wanted to be mad but at the same time, I knew Luca wasn't the type to sit still.I shook off my irritation. It wouldn’t change anything. If I wanted to scold him, I’d have to go find him myself. That night, after the camp had settled into its usual quiet, I made my way up to his cabin.A faint light flickered through the window. He was awake.I didn’t bother knocking.I Pushed the door open, and stepped inside and found him at hi

Raven’s POVThe fire crackled in the hearth, casting long shadows that danced across the cold stone walls of my chamber. The only sounds were the occasional pop of the flames and the soft rustle of parchment as I reviewed the latest reports. My thoughts were preoccupied, spinning with the latest developments. The door creaked open with a low groan, and Gregor entered with the spy I had sent to watch Elara. The spy knelt before me, head bowed low, his posture rigid with respect. His silence only served to fuel my growing impatience.“Report,” I commanded, my voice low and filled with controlled anger.“My Lord,” the spy said, his voice barely above a whisper. “Luca… he has been attacked. Stabbed with a poisoned dagger. He is gravely wounded but alive. He will not be able to continue his training of Elara.”I froze, my pulse racing as the hearing of the words sank in. A poisoned dagger. Luca’s arrogance had finally caught up with him. He was vulnerable now, and it made my blood boil

Elara’s POVWe successfully found shelter in a cave.Luca’s breathing was shallow, his chest barely rising and falling as he lay on the rough cave floor. His skin was ashen, cold to the touch, and each ragged breath sounded like a battle he was slowly losing. I pressed my hands against his wound again, summoning every ounce of energy I had left. Kael sat near the entrance, sharpening a dagger, his watchful eyes darting toward us every few moments.I didn’t know if I could pull Luca back from the brink this time. My hands trembled as I pushed more energy into him, my breath shallow with effort.“Come on,” I whispered. “Stay with me, Luca.”A golden glow spread from my palms, sinking into his wound. His skin twitches under my touch, his muscles stiffening as his body responds to the healing magic. I pushed harder, my head throbbing from the effort, but I refused to stop. The energy pulsed, flickering like a dying flame.Luca groaned, his eyelids fluttering before he sank deeper into

Raven’s POVI sat in my chambers, hoping to finally see the Lunar Alpha. The joy that filled my heart was beyond measure. It was all coming in place. Then Gregor walks in to give me a report. I only hoped to hear him say she was in the dungeon.Gregor knelt before me, his head bowed low. I could already see the hesitation in his eyes. He knew I wouldn’t be pleased with the information he was about to give.I looked away, as I the atmosphere of disappointment " Luca’s Pack has fallen," Gregor reported, his voice steady but cautious. "Luca’s forces were no match for us. Their warriors are dead, their homes burned to ash.”I leaned forward in my seat, resting my elbows on my knees. “And Luca? The Lunar Alpha?”Gregor hesitated, swallowing hard. That was all the answer I needed.“ Luca was wounded,” Gregor admitted. “But he escaped… Kael managed to get him and the lunar alpha out before we could finish the job.”A slow, cold fury crept through me. Luca's POVI was still feeling pains in my body. It was relentless, but it was nothing compared to the urgency coursing through my veins. Every moment that passed without action felt like a betrayal. I had survived the ambush, which left me even disappointed.I couldn't even defend my pack.I have failed.I failed my father, who died from the very hands of the hunters.Kael stood at the edge of the room, his eyes fixed on me as I slowly rose from the bed, my breath hitching in the process. The pain would make the journey unbearable, but there was no time for hesitation. I had to visit the Shin healer."You should rest," Kael said, his voice calm but the concern etched across his face clear.I focused on the simple task of standing, trying to ignore the way my body screamed for rest. “I can’t,” I managed to say, voice gritted. “We need to get to the healer. We need to find Elara’s mother.”Kael didn't argue. I didn't expect him or anyone to understand how I felt. He didn’t carry the w

Elara's POV Finally, Peace ReignedThe land, once drenched in blood and shadow, now shimmered under the soft light of the moon. The scent of fresh earth filled the air, and the trees, once whispering with fear, stood tall, their branches rustling with a sense of peace. The howls of war had faded into the night, replaced by the steady rhythm of nature reclaiming what had been stolen.I stood at the river’s edge, watching the water ripple gently under the silver glow. My reflection stared back at me—hair loose, face no longer hardened by battle, but not quite softened yet either. The weight of vengeance, of loss, of relentless struggle—it had lifted.I was free. And I was finally mated to the one I loved.A presence stirred beside me, familiar and grounding. His scent—warm cedar and something unmistakably him—wrapped around me like a tether, steady and real.“Lost in thought?” His voice was quiet, careful, as if he knew I still carried the weight of everything we had endured. They were acknowledging me.The weight of it all settled on my shoulders.I, Elara, the outcast who had been shunned and betrayed, was now standing at the pinnacle of power. The Moon Spirit had guided me through darkness, and now, I stood in the light. But before my ordination as Lunar Alpha, there was one last piece of unfinished business.Footsteps echoed behind me, hesitant yet steady. • ELARA; THE LUNAR ALPHA    The Era Of Elara

Rowan’s POVThe battlefield was silent. For the first time in decades, there were no screams of agony, no clash of steel, no howls of war. Only the whisper of the wind as it carried the scent of blood and ash through the ruined land.I stood at the edge of what remained of our once-proud territory, his aged eyes scanning the remnants of a battle that had reshaped the very foundation of their world.Bodies of Shadowborn creatures lay scattered across the field, their twisted forms dissolving into nothingness under the first light of dawn. The ground beneath them, once tainted by darkness, now pulsed with the energy of renewal. The war was over. And Elara had won.I exhaled deeply, my breath shaky. I had lived through many wars, many rulers, and many sacrifices. But never had i6 witnessed something like this. The werewolves, the scattered Clans, the warriors who had once been divided—now knelt in reverence before the silver-haired woman who stood at the center of it all.Elara.The girl

  • ELARA; THE LUNAR ALPHA    The End Of Darkness

Elara’s POVThe battlefield was drenched in blood and moonlight, the air thick with the scent of ash and death. Shadows twisted and curled like dying serpents, their inky tendrils dissipating into the night as I stood amidst the carnage. My body ached, my muscles screamed, but I didn’t stop.I couldn’t stop. The Shadowborn had plagued our kind for too long. They had taken too much—our homes, our people, our future. I had vowed to end them, and now, that promise would be fulfilled.A low growl echoed through the ruined valley as the last of Raven’s creatures lunged toward me. Its soulless black eyes glowed with malice, its twisted form shifting between smoke and flesh. But I did not flinch.I raised my hand, feeling the power of the moon surge through me. My veins pulsed with silver fire, my claws shimmering as I met the creature head-on. With one swift movement, I tore through it, my energy colliding with its essence. It shrieked, writhing as its form shattered into nothingness.Silen

Elara’s POV The wind howled outside the encampment, whispering secrets through the trees. The fire before me flickered as I sat cross-legged, my fingers pressed against the cool stone at my chest. The night stretched endlessly, but my mind wasn’t in the physical realm—it was drifting beyond, into the veil of the spirit world.A dark force tugged at me, a pull I couldn’t ignore. I closed my eyes, breathing in deeply. The air in the spirit realm was thick, charged with an unnatural energy. Shadows twisted around me, curling like serpents. And then, I saw him.Raven.He stood before me, his form hazy yet unmistakable, shrouded in the dark mist of his power. His silver eyes glowed, filled with a cold amusement.“I wondered when you’d come,” he drawled, his voice echoing unnaturally.I clenched my fists. “You called me here. What do you want?”His smirk deepened. “To end this foolish war. You and I both know this cannot last forever, Elara. Come to me—face me at the Black Hollow. We will

Elara’s POVThe night air was thick with tension as Kael and I moved swiftly through the dense forests surrounding the First Clan’s stronghold. The tall spires of the stone fortress loomed ahead, dark and imposing against the moonlit sky. My heart pounded in my chest, not from fear, but from the anticipation of what was to come.Luca.Once my closest friend, now a prisoner of his own choices. He had betrayed me because of his emotions, which gave Raven a chance, stood against me when I needed him most. And yet, despite everything, we were here to save him.Kael moved beside me, silent but alert. His presence was a steady force, grounding me in the chaos that brewed inside me. “Are you ready for this?” he murmured.I exhaled, gripping the daggers at my belt. “I don’t know. Elara's POV The night air was cool, carrying the scent of damp earth and healing herbs. The soft glow of the moon bathed the clearing where we had stopped, and all was still except for the slow, labored breathing of the woman lying before me.I knelt beside her, my hands trembling as I traced the bruises on her wrists—remnants of the shackles that had bound her for far too long. My mother—who had once been so strong, so fearless—now lay before me, fragile and exhausted. I had dreamt of this moment for months, of the day I would see her again, but not like this—not broken and battered.Taking a shaky breath, I placed my hands gently over her wounds. He had dared to deliver the news.“They... they are gone, My Lord,” he stammered, his forehead pressed against the cold stone floor. “We lost them in the trees.”Lost them?I let the words settle, my grip tightening. Elara’s POVThe night stretched before us like a never-ending abyss, filled with uncertainty and the weight of what we were about to do. The Lunar Territory was where Raven conquered. It has turned into dangerous places in the realm, and it was where Raven had taken Lyanna. She was trapped there, locked away in a prison built for those who dared to defy him.We couldn’t leave her behind.Sitting by the dim fire in our temporary hideout, Kael and I studied the map spread between us, the lines and markings glowing faintly under the flickering flame. The stronghold was heavily guarded, its towering walls nearly impenetrable. Getting inside wouldn’t be easy—but it wasn’t impossible.Kael exhaled sharply, rubbing his temples. “Even if we do get past the outer walls, we’ll still have to face the elite guards inside.
