82. "Until My Anger Subsides"

Seeing how Victoria ran towards Martin instead of staying by Gray's side is more painful than the burn on his arms.

'She worked for him as a guard for many years. Of course, the habit of protecting Martin is understandable. But…' Gray tried to make sense of everything.

But he was really hurt. He wished Victoria would totally forget any feelings she had with Martin in the past. After all, Gray is the man she chooses to love.

"We need to get to the hospital!" Victoria exclaimed, examining Gray's wound. She turned to the crew and yelled, "Hurry, call an ambulance!"

Gray winced in pain, unable to do anything but watch the panic on his girlfriend's face. It was the same look she had when she threw herself to protect Martin from the explosion. Gray despised it.

An ambulance was called, and Gray was taken to the hospital. While he was being treated, Martin and Victoria waited outside the emergency room with the rest of the crew.
