An Eye Out

“I need Venita’s contact,” Matteo revealed. “Do you mind keying the strings of numbers here?” He asked as he brought out his phone and held it out to her.

Bella narrowed her gaze down at him. “What’s your plans?”

She literally didn’t have to know everything, but Venita was her best friend, so she needed to know the man’s intentions for her before handing the contact over.

A lot of guys have hurt Venita and even though Matteo was a very good friend to her husband, Richard, that wasn’t enough evidence that he knew how to treat women right.

At least she has heard what his relationships in the past looked like. She hoped he wasn’t going to play with her best friend’s heart.
