I rubbed my eyes and stretched my body. I've never slept like this in my entire life. This bed feels so soft and comfortable, wait…..where am I? I flashed my eyes open immediately,"Ahhhhhh……!" I screamed in shock and nearly stumbled down from the bed when I saw the number of maids that were lined up in front of me. I tried to remember what happened yesterday but the last thing I remembered was crying on the balcony and the rest was history.
"What's happening, where am I?" I asked the maids in confusion, they all smiled amongst themselves before one finally spoke up,
"My Lady you're in your room"
"My room?" I asked, pointing at myself and looking around the massive room, which was decorated with diamonds.
"Yes my Lady, this room belongs to you and Mr Valmore"
"What...!" I screamed and jumped down from the bed, they all step back in fear, jeez I can't believe that fucking stranger is almost driving me insane
"I'm sorry but you have to repeat what you said, do you mean Mr. Valmore slept here last night?" I asked the maid who spoke earlier and she nodded her head calmly,
"Shit, what have I gotten myself into?" I asked tiredly and slumped down on the bed gripping my hair in a crazy way
"This is the first time Mr. Valmore brought a lady home, we are so happy to serve you," One of the maids said smiling,
"This is the first time he brought a lady home?" I asked with wide eyes and they all nodded their heads in unison
Of course, who would want to be with a ruthless billionaire like him, someone who ho is feared by everyone in the country
"Emma start digging your grave," I said to myself
"My Lady, your bath is ready, would you want us to bayh you?"
"What…..?" My head snapped up immediately
"Bath me?"
"Mmmm" They nodded their heads, I looked at my two hands and waved them on their faces,

"We know my Lady but that's the order from Mr Valmore"
I sighed and looked at all of them, they were probably my agemates, I breathed in and out before I stood up.
"Guys first of all my name is not My Lady, you guys should call me by my name Emma"
"We are sorry my lady but we can't defile Mr Valmore's order" They all chorused with their heads bowed
"But you guys can call me by my name"
"Mr Valmore is going to fire us if we do so"
"Ohh, alright you guys can call me whatever you want but you guys cannot bathe me, I can do that by myself''

"No, but…..tell Mr Valmore that I said so"
"Yes My Lady" They chorused and bowed
"My lady, can we help you with your clothes?" One of them asked
"No I can do that by myself" I smiled
"Alright we will go and set your breakfast, you can come down after bathing"
I nodded at them and they left, I sighed and fell back on the bed, jeez……what just happened, I looked at myself and I was wearing a pink nightie, I don't remember wearing this, I don't even own a nightgown like this, wait…….I remembered I tore my wedding gown out of anger yesterday night and I was only in my undergarment when shit! That fucking stranger walked in when I was naked, oh shit! I feel so ashamed of myself. Could he be the one who wore this on me? It's definitely him
I looked at the nightgown and sighed, where did he get it from? Could it belong to one of his girlfriends? But the maids said I'm the first girl he ever brought home, he's so damn mysterious.
I stood up from the bed and started walking around the whole room, one side of the room was filled with different collections of his shoes, is this a room or a whole new mansion, I opened one side of the closet and was surprised to see that it was filled with ladies clothes and accessories, it's one of the top brands,
Did he buy these for me cause they all looked new, when did he order them?
And that's when I saw a note attached to the side of the wardrobe,
"My Lady I ordered these for you yesterday night, if there is any other thing you need, you can ask the maid to get them for you, I'm coming home soon"
I rolled my eyes and pulled the note from the closet and shrink it before throwing it out the window, he must be crazy if he thinks I'll live here with him
I walked into the bathroom and my jaw dropped immediately. I saw the ambiance and luxury of the bathroom. This place feels like heaven. I slowly lose my nightie and it fell freely to the ground, I walked into the jacuzzi and deep myself into it, the water linked into every part of my body, this is the first time I'm feeling so at peace since after my wedding
I relaxed my head back on the edge of the jacuzzi, I can imagine how worried my parent would be, all because of Hennesy and that idiot called Charles, I just wish I never met Charles but I will make them regret it
I don't know how long I stayed in the bathtub, I came out and wrapped a towel around my body before stepping out of the bathroom, I walked into the room and was surprised to see Mr Valmore facing the the window, he was backing me
"Shit…. you scared me," I said holding my chest, he slowly turned...his gaze fixed on me
"What are you doing here?" I glared pointing at him,
He wagged his eyebrows in confusion and muttered
"My Lady this is my room too" He smirked, and that's when I noticed his two hands were tucked into his pant pocket making me wonder if that's a habit
"Go out I want to change," I said with a frown,
''You're my wife"
"I am not your wife," I said in anger, gritting my teeth
"So what's that on your hand?" He asked pointing at my ring
"This ring is a mistake, this whole marriage shouldn't have happened," I said waving my hand for him to see and for a second he looked hurt but that was replaced with a smile the next minute
"You don't want this marriage?" He asked calmly
"Yes" I nodded
"So what do you want?" He asked staring keenly at me, I looked at him for some seconds before looking away
"I want revenge if you can help me get back at those that caused me pain, then I will accept to be your wife"
"Name it, what do you want me to do to them?" He asked looking anxious
"Take all they have away from them, they should go on their knees and beg me for mercy, they must pay for the heartbreak they caused me"
He took slow and predatory steps towards me, and for some reason I wasn't afraid, he stopped before me, looked into my eyes, his gray orbs is crazily beautiful that I didn't feel like looking away, I felt his arm wrapped around my waist as he pulled me dangerously close, he started leaning forward, and then he whispered into my ear
"Your wish is my command, Wifey.."
I smiled inwardly and said to myself
"I'll have my revenge on you Mr Valmore for all you did to my family, you're my first biggest enemy"
