This new hope had Asrar grinning. He could feel his Angel, she was now close to him. His mark on her skin would allow this. Once she was changed she will Mark him and she will feel him. He poured his love into the bond. Rosalie felt it, she felt all of it though she couldn’t explain it. To her it was like that moment they hugged after confessing there love for each other. If she could smile she would have.
“Alright so this flight is not going to be easy. Grandma always talked about her being in Resnic.” Chris spoke with a heavy sigh as he walked into there room. Asrar had a small suitcase packed. It had his essentials. If he needed anything else he would just buy it.
“Cant be that hard.” Asrar spoke as he came over and looked at the map. Chris sighed as he pointed out where they where and where they had to go.
“it’s a multi hour flight. If we make it to the ocean today we camp. Then it will be at least a day flight over the ocean. Then another part day flight to the city.” Chris told him. Asrar's face dropped. He wished it was only going to be a day but by the way it looks it wasn’t going to be. He feared going now. He didn’t want to be away from Rosalie that long.
“We have to go.” Asrar told him trying to build his courage up. Yes it was long but he needed to do this. He had to save his princess. “We have 3 month and that’s it. The sooner we find her however the better.”
“Well let’s leave first thing in the morning. We will swing by the hospital before going.” Chris told him as he rolled up the map and went to leave the room.
“We are going to find her there right?” Asrar spoke feeling unsure for the first time.
“We are going to find her Asrar. If there is one thing I know about my cousin it’s being away from the city would kill her. Asrar nodded as Chris disappeared. He hoped he was right. Look how much Rosalie had changed in the few years she could have to. He had to keep his hope up. They both had to or this trip will be for nothing. His princess needed them to find this gem.
Asrar looked around his room and sighed. It hadnt changed a day since she left. He made sure to keep it just the way it was. It helped her smell was here though it was now faded. He still didn’t have the heart to change it. He kept everything clean so that she wouldn’t have to do anything but rest when she woke. He opened the drawer of the bedside table and retrieved her cell phone. It still had a picture of her and his dragon side. It was a favorite of his. She looked so healthy and was so happy.
“Unl.” Derek’s little voice called as he tried to open the door Chris had shut. Asrar just smiled as he put the phone back in the door and walked over to the door. He gently jiggled the handle as if he was trying to open it.
“Derek I think I’m stuck.” Asrar spoke gently holding back his laughter. “The door wont budge.”
“Derek you leave your uncle alone. You need to be in bed.” Avalon’s voice called. She was having tea in the kitchen when they had entered. She was worried about Rosalie but Ryan had to make a quick trip to town. She had to wait for him to return before going to sleep. Nightmares plagued her mind when he wasn’t close.
“Mommy coming.” Derek giggled. Asrar quickly opened the door and pulled Derek in. Avalon giggled to herself as she witnesses what happened. If there was one thing her son has not made her life boring. She just wished Rosalie was here to witness it. She had done so much for them and all they could do was wait.
“Asrar.” She spoke gently before she entered the room. She looked around to see that none of them where there. She smirked to herself as she walked over and sat on the bed. She knew they where under it as it was the only place she couldn’t look. “When are you leaving?”
“Unl no leave. We hid.” Derek spoke from under the bed. Asrar just chuckled knowing they had been found. He never knew where to hid, didn’t help he didn’t want to hid in a good spot and freak poor Avalon out.
“In the morning.” He spoke causing Derek to look at him.
“No leave, Anny Ose need you.” Derek spoke as tears formed in his eyes. “Baby ne you.”
“Derek I have to go.” Asrar tried but that had nothing on the little boy. Derek raced out from under his bed and ran. Avalon watched him go with a sigh as Asrar slowly pulled himself out. He sat beside Avalon on the bed and draped an arm round her shoulder.
“I promise to be back before my new niece or nephew enters this world. Just promise me you will take it Easy and not pop sooner.” Asrar spoke as he saw the tears start to form in her eyes.
“I know you have to go to save her. I know you will keep your promise to be here before the baby, but promise me something.” Avalon says as she faces him. He nodded as he places his hand on her cheek and clears the tears that have started to fall. “You come back alive.”
“Avalon.” Asrar chuckled. “I am coming home to start a family with my Angel just as you have.”
“Good because this little one and Derek deserve a nephew or nieces to play with.” Avalon giggled gently. Asrar pulled her in tight and held her like that. “I’m still fascinated.”
“By what?” Asrar asked. Avalon leaned away from the hug and looked at him with a smile.
“I had always dreamed of a brother and now I have gotten one.” Avalon chuckled causing Asrar to joined hwe. “I had to go through being an assistant to get it.”
“Don’t forget the heart break of thinking we would bed each other if you worked hard enough.” Asrar chuckled. She nodded though she was secretly glad they never did.
“Don’t remind me. I was actually going to quit that day.” Avalon confessed.
“Really?” Asrar looked at her confused.
“I saw the twinkle of love in your eyes and knew with your past you probably needed a women’s help. I decided I would stay and help you.” Avalon spoke. Asrar just smiled. “I played the sister well didn’t I.”
“The moment you said sister I was ready to make you my real sister. I knew your background and all the hell you went through Avalon. I may have been this hard ass at the time but your story pulled out the nice strings. You worked hard and you took my shit like it was nothing.” Asrar smiled. “I new you loved me and wanted to experience everything the others had. I didn’t want to lose you though. I needed you more then the others.”
“They told me you where hard on them but I didn’t think you where that bad actually. I’ve had worse then you.” Avalon chuckled. “All worked out well for both of us.”
“Well mine isn’t ideal yet but we will get there.” Asrar smiled at her and she nodded. Asrar held her close once more before he let her go and stood. “Now I have to go find my Nephew.”
“Good luck.” Avalon just smiled. Asrar chuckled as he walked out to find the little 2 and a half year old. He didn’t know how he was going to do it but he had to convince him. He loved Asrar like a second father and he loved his Aunt even though he never really got to meet her. He felt the love she had for him. He felt if his uncle left he would lose his aunt. She was holding on for him, she was fighting for him. Though he was so small he understood all of this. He didn’t want to lose any of them.
He hid himself under his parents bed and cried hoping it was a night mare that if he woke up no one was leaving. He loved each and everyone of them. He didn’t want to be away from any of them for any length of time. A day was fine for him but any longer and he would be upset. Curling up he tried to cry himself to sleep.
Asrar opened Avalons room and heard his sniffles. He knew right away this was not going to be an easy one. He hated watching him cry just as much as he hated Rosalie crying. Walking over to the bed he bent down and spotted his nephew curled up. Asrar offered his hand but Derek slapped it away. Asrar just sighed as he squeezed under the bed and put himself closer to Derek.
“Unl no. Unle bad.” Derek cried.
“Derek, I have to go. I have to go to save Aunty.” Asrar tried.
“No no no. Anny ne you hear. Anny fih or you.” Derek cried. Asrar pulled him close and held him tight. Derek let him.
“Aunty is fighting for us Derek. She wants to meet you. But Derek I have to go get something for her. She needs this item so she can keep fighting.” Asrar spoke not really sure if he was listening.
“Anny ne elp?” Derek asked looking up at Asrar. Asrar just nodded as he cleaned off the boys puffy face. Derek looked at Asrar chest before looking back at him. He was thinking. “You go elp Anny.”
“Yes I have to go to get something that will help Aunty.” Asrar nodded with a gentle smile.
“You go, I get oy and anny oy. Then ome ack.” Derek said as he cleared his eyes. Asrar chucked lightly as he held Derek once again.
“Aunty needs the toy to get better. Why does Derek need a toy?” Asrar asked with a giggle.
“You may baby rye.” Derek said without even skipping a heart beat. Asrar loved how he always refers himself as baby. He couldn’t quite say Derek and they had tried to get him to say I or me. He was stubborn and said he was baby. They knew once his baby brother or sister came he would get out of it.
“Alright Derek. I promise to bring you a toy.” Asrar smiled as he began to pull then out from under the bed.
“Ruk, boo.” Derek said as Asrar lifted him from the floor once they where out. “neen, no boo.”
“I see someone has demands.” Avalon chuckled as she watched them from the door.
“Yep, got a Blue Truck on order or green if no blue.” Asrar chuckled as Derek nodded. He placed his head back on Asrars chest as they walked out to the living room. Avalon sat beside them on the couch as Asrar rocked Derek to sleep.
“Your not going alone are you?” Avalon asked.
“No Chris will be going with me.” Asrar spoke. “hopefully that room will be complete by the time we return.”
“The builders are sure taking there time.” Avalon agreed. Asrar hired some apprentices to build so they had to build it on weekends but with finals and such in between they where slacking. “I’ll get Ryan to burn a fire under there ass.”
“I bet you will.” Asrar chuckled.
“Take Ben.” Avalon spoke up after a moment or two of silence.
“I cant Avalon, he needs to be here with Brandon. With me gone anyone that wants to attack will have free range. We need all the dragon power here.” Asrar sighed knowing she would want him to be protected. “A dragon can fight to the death for there mate and are more dangerous then inmates dragons. With Mary and you around Rosalie your mates will fight just as strong as I would. Ben would be a good one in the mix to give that extra hand being as I am not there. You have Brandon’s Brothers as well as Rosco will not be going.”
“I don’t like this. Your only taking the two of you.” Avalon gently cried. Asrar placed a hand on her shoulder and gently squeezed.
“I am going to find the other half of the gem. I have a feeling if she is anything like Rosalie she will be a fierce fighter. I will be safe. Rosalie and her where tight. I’m sure she would do anything to keep me safe once she knows I am her other half.” Asrar tried to reassure her. “Plus Chris has become a fierce fighter.”
“I know Asrar I just cant lose you. I lose you I lose Rosalie.” Avalon spoke as the tears started to pour again. At this moment was when Ryan came through with a box in his hands. He instantly raced it over to the table before he held his wife. His heart dying as she cried in his arms. “These stupid hormones.”
“Its okay love. Everything is okay.” Ryan gently cooed to her as Asrar rose and got the door. He locked it before walking Derek to his crib in there room. Avalon told Ryan everything that was happening and when Asrar got back to them Ryan had his own two sense to put in.
“You are the dragon King Asrar and all your taking is a human.” Ryan nearly growled. Asrar stayed quiet, he knew this was probably going to happen. “You will be taking one of us dragons with you. I don’t care whom but one of us will go.”
“Do you want you queen to suffer?” Asrar asked gently.
“No.” Ryan snarled.
“What will happen if I take one of you with me?” Asrar spoke still trying to hold his anger back. Rosalie had taught him this even if she didn’t know. “If I take one of you it’s one less to protect your queen whom is in more need of protect then I.”
“I don’t like this.” Ryan snarled yet again. Avalon placed her hands on his chest to try and comfort t him.
“None of us do. I don’t like it but I don’t have a choice.” Asrar sighed. “She needs the other half of the gem. My mark will….”
“You marked her.” Avalon screamed. Asrar smacked his forehead with his palm. She stomped over to him and began to hit his chest. Asrar grunted gently every time she did to make it seem like she was actually hitting him hard enough. Ryan wanted to stop her but knew it was futile to do.
“I had no choice Avalon. I was going to lose her.” Asrar finally spoke when she finished pounding on him. He wrapped his arms around her and held her tight before pulling her to the couch. Ryan had run for some water to which he helped her drink. “It was the only way to save her.”
“But she is so weak and fragile.” Avalon cried gently.
“I know Avalon and if I could hold it off I would. I have to find this gem, I have to bring it back for her.” Asrar sighed. “I can feel her though. I can feel our bond and I know she slightly feels it to. She will feel my love and adoration for her no matter where I am.”
“But she will feel your pain and anguish to.” Ryan gently spoke. Asrar shook his head. There was no way he was going to let those emotions come to play.
“You leave tomorrow morning?” Avalon sighed as Ryan put the water on the table and then sat behind her. She leaned back on him getting comfy. Asrar lifter her feet to his lap and began to message them for her.
“Yes, and to answer you Ryan, I am not taking anyone but Chris because I fear with me leaving those that have been hiding will want to attack. They will want to take my queen from me.” Asrar spoke.
“Who better to protect her then two mated dragons and one that has been training since he was born.” Ryan finished for him. Asrar nodded with a smile finally glad they understand him. “Do us a favor before you go. Record yourself singing, that way we can play them for her till you get back.”
“I can do that.” Asrar smiled happily as he already had a fee he wanted to and he knew a few that where her favorites. He also wanted to sing a few of the new ones he knew she would like. They sat like this for half hour before Avalon fell asleep. Ryan lifted her to bed where he tucked her in and kissed her forehead. He then went out and helped Asrar record a bunch of songs before they went to sleep. Asrar knew Rosco and Peggy’s husband would be with Rosalie tonight. He would head over first thing in the morning.
“How is she?” Peggy asked as she walked in with her jacket and bag. Rosco was sitting there just thinking everything over. Peggy gave him the letters Asrar had given her. He read them and knew Asrar did the right thing.
“Sleeping peacefully.” Rosco spoke with a smile.
“Good, we have to keep a close eye on her while she transitions. Most mates are close when the transitions happen so if anything bad happens they can help. We are going to have to be her mate if they do.” Peggy sighed. “She has been doing so well through I don’t think we have two worry.”
“When will she wake?” Rosco asked as he looked back at her. She was looking plenty better. Color had finally started to come back. She was still supper skinny but that was a minor thing. They will fatten her up once as she wakes.
“Hard to say. Guess really depends on what they get back with the gem.” Peggy spoke with a hand on his shoulder. “I am heading out for the night. I will be back early morning. My husband is on her rotation tonight so I’m sure he will be in to check on her.”
“Thank you for everything Peggy.” Rosco said happily looking at her walking away.
“Grandma Dorothy gave me everything and helped me get back on my feet in my time of need. If I can be her to help he Granddaughter then that is what I will do.” Peggy said stopping at the door and looking there way. “I am honored to be able to help her.”
“You hear that Rosalie. We are all here fighting for you so don’t you quit on us.” Rosco smiled happily as Peggy left. Rosalie felt it for the first time. She felt them all fighting for her which helped her fight stronger. She wanted to be there she wanted to hold them all and tell them to stop crying for her. She just had to keep fighting.
Asrar showed up early morning and relieved Rosco for a little while. Told him to go be with Chris till they left. Asrar laid beside his Angel as Peggy, who just made it onto shift again, helped get him in. He hummed to her non stop till Chris poked his head in.
“The sun is about to rise. We should get in the air before it goes up anymore.” Chris spoke gently. Asrar sighed but nodded. He kissed Rosalie’s cheek before he slowly got up. Chris helped him so nothing got unplugged.
“No, you give her a proper good bye.” Peggy said grabbing Asrar's ear. He was leaving the room as she was walking it. Carefully she unhooked the stuff around Rosalie’s face. Asrar wasted no time as his lips found hers and passionately kissed her. He felt her move as tears came to his eyes. It was a slight move but it was good enough for him. When he broke the kiss he moved his lips to her ear. Peggy quickly got her hooked up.
“I will find her Rosalie and when I do she will come and save you.” Asrar whispered to her. “Hold out for me baby. Hold out till I return.”
“Let’s get going.” Chris sighed as he grabbed Asrar’s bag and flung it over his back. His own bag was around his front. Asrar nodded as he took one last look at his girl before they moved out.
‘I will fight for you till the end of time.’ Rosalie thought to herself.
“He has left.” Apollo excitedly spoke as he came ripping into there small cottage house. Hasik looked up from the paper he was reading to smile at him. Dropping it on the table he rose. Reaching his arms to the air he stretched his back causing a few small pop sounds.“Let’s get planning then.” Hasik smirked as his eyes fell on the globe that held his King. He knew, soon, they would be ruling the world together. They will kill the humans for all they have done and they will destroy the human girl claiming there gem back. No one would be in there way.“You didn’t go with them?” Rosco spoke as Ryan walked in with Avalon and Derek. He stayed beside Rosalie till someone came to relieve him. He was tired but not enough to sleep. Ryan got breakfast for his family before he brought them to the hospital. It wasn’t a good day for Avalon. She was nervous and scared for both Asrar and Rosalie. This will be the first time they have
As soon as he saw the water he knew he had made up time. The sun hadnt quite set yet so they would be able to set up camp and get a good meal in them. He was a little nervous about the flight tomorrow. His wings where actually tired due to inactivity. He was strong body wise but never had he flown for so long in quite a while. He landed carefully on the sand still loving how the ground came up to meet him. He will never get use to it. His love the reason for this and he just loved her so much more every time.Chris rolled off Asrar and just laid on the sand. He was so happy to see it. He had never been in the air all day before. They did stop for a little while at lunch time but still. It was crazy. When he did finally lean up, Asrar was dressed and looking for shelter for the night. Chris sighed as he got up and began looking for fire wood. They would need it to make supper not that he is sure what it would be. He placed the bags down close by and began to shift through the du
“Your okay right Chris?” He asked worried he had gotten hurt. When no reply came he began to look frantically around the mess before heading to the balcony. Chris popped through the door before Asrar could get out.“Easy buddy, all is good.” Chris said with a hand on Asrar’s shoulder. “Come on I got us another room for the night.”“What?” Asrar spoke.“Well we will just use the room next door. That way we don’t have to explain what happened as we will be gone in the morning. You gave them your card, they will just use it to fix the room.” Chris told him as he looked around and shivered. “That way there mind can figure out what happened and we don’t have to explain.”“What if we need this place to get home.” Asrar asked.“Well we just hope my cousin has an idea how to use the gem to make them forget.” Chris spoke up grabbing his bags that wh
Asrar collapsed to the forest floor causing panic to rise in Chris as he jumped off. He raced to Asrar’s head and sat beside him. He was breathing heavy as he lay there not moving. Chris could see him breath so it relieved him. He put his bags by Asrar who appeared to be sleeping as he walked further into the forest. A town appeared before to long causing Chris to sigh happily. He knew he didn’t have long. He had to find his cousin before Asrar woke up and he wasn’t there. The town was small which caused him some confusion. His cousin was a shopper, even there small town was to small for her. She did so much of her shopping online so she could get what she needed. Here it was worse. The small town consisted of a grocery store, pub and maybe a clothing story. It had a very country feel to it. 40 homes, at most, all in the same shape and size. 20 of them had fields filled with cattle, sheep and few horses. Some of the fields also consisted of large gardens
“Any word from Chris?” Ryan asked gently as he entered the building. Rosco sighed and shook his head. They had been trying to get a hold of them for a while now but nothing. As night falls they had hopped to get a sense as to where they where. Chris told Rosco he would keep them updated but that has not been happening.“I’m worried Ryan, what happens if something has happened to them.” Rosco spoke gently. Ryan quickly but the food he had brought down and held Rosco.“Nothing will happen to them. Asrar has marked Rosalie, if the mark is there and she is breathing he is not dead.” Ryan spoke gently trying to sooth him. “The whole mate process hasn’t been complete but that doesn’t mean anything. As soon as a mark is adorned on the skin of one mate nothing happens to the other they don’t know of.”“I just want them home.” Rosco cried a little louder.“Easy Rosco, we don’t
‘Asrar,’ A voice as gentle as a summer’s breeze flowed into Asrar's mind. He stirred from his slumber a bit as the voice came once more. It reminded him of his Angel, the beauty waiting for him to return. He knew she was waiting for him so why was she here calling him.‘Five more minutes.’ He grumbled rolling over on the lush green grass. The blades tickled his nose causing him to sneeze.‘Oh you silly boy.’ The voice spoke now closer as hands gently touched his shoulder and guided him. His head fell into a lap as someone gently ran there fingers through his hair. ‘You must wake soon.’‘I need a little more time.’ Asrar sighed out gently. She laughed gently before all became quiet. Asrar was confused, his angel couldn’t be here but everything felt so familiar. He had to look, he had to see her. Opening his steel grey eyes they found a familiar purple one staring back at him. Those where not his An
“What the hell happened.” Apollo screamed. “I had Ben all you had to do was take out Ryan and Brandon.”“I had them till that golden dragon showed up. The power off it was crazy.” Charles spoke.“What I don’t understand is where in hell did they come from. I though Asrar was strong but this over powered him.” Hasik spoke as they finally entered there cottage. They each tended to there wounds before they sat down again to figure things out. There plan was seal proof but that gold dragon just destroyed it all.“Well we have no choice, we need to come up with another plan now.” Apollo spoke.“Yes but this one we need more dragon power.” Charles growled as he stood up. “I say we post war.”“I have no control over that power. The man in the globe does.” Hasik spoke annoyed.“Then we get her. Asrar has returned so we have to sneak in.” Charles spo
“How is he?” Desiree spoke when Drezic folded her into his embrace.“Broken Desiree. He is so broken and there is nothing I can do for him.” Drezic cried into her neck. Desiree quickly stood up and held him tight. “He has completely shut down.”“None of this is his fault.” Ryan spoke up where he was sitting on the makeshift bed they slept on. Avalon cradles asleep in his arms. She cried herself to sleep which upset Ryan more. Rosco and Chris where holding each other on the floor in the corner. The two boys unfazed by what was going on, played in the corner under the watchful eye of Tasrin. Peggy, Dominic, Ashely and Peggy’s husband where not here. They took off for the hospital to get a grasp on what went wrong. They would be back later to make the report.“You try telling him that. He is heart broken, lost and so upset. I don’t know what to do for him.” Drezic spoke gently. “Wait.”

The blast of magic knocked them all out. Brandon was barely moving as he tried to breath the pain away. Drezic was trying to move to Rosalie who managed to lift her head ever so slightly off the moist soil. It was proving difficult with her wounds but she tried to rise. She had to finish them. Asrar wasn’t here, so as his mate, the queen of all dragons and humans, she had to protect them.“You are all pathetic.” Narleen laughed as Charles came up and wrapped around her. He was so impressed with the power of his mate he couldn’t believe he would even think of anyone else. Narleen smiled as she melted into his arms. She used up every ounce of magic she had in that last attack. Her being close to her mate was giving her some of it back but not a lot. “Just like that mate of yours.”“What have you done with Asrar?” Rosalie quickly snapped at her from where she had managed to get her knees under her. She was in a crouched posi
Rosalie woke up the next morning with a smile. She felt good, a first in a long time. Wiggling out of the sandwich her siblings had put her in she slowly walked to the door. Closing it carefully Peggy gently tapped her shoulder. She screamed in fright which had Drezic screaming in the room. Desiree sat up shocked but didn’t move very far. Peggy with her hands out was apologizing tremendously. Drezic exited the room and wrapped his arms around Rosalie who was trembling.“I'm so sorry.” Peggy cried gently where she stood a distance away.“Its okay Peggy, you just caught her off guard. We all seem to be able to do that quite well even though we don’t want to.” Drezic yawned. Rosalie gently pushed him signaling she was okay to be released. He smiled to her before he raced in to Desiree who was just getting off the bed.“I’m sorry I screamed at you Peggy. I didn’t think anyone would be here.” Rosalie confess
“What the hell happened?” Brandon demanded as he came roaring in. He got his family home and was sleeping peacefully when he got a phone call. Ben called saying Asrar was bed ridden at the hospital in there new location and he couldn’t figure out why. The doctors where even confused. He raced over to there hideout right away to find Ashley racing in.“The witch managed to find a way to take control of Rosalie.” Desiree spoke as she held Drezic whom was shaking with fright. She was limp in his arms, something he swore would never happen. He though they lost her. He thought he was to late to save her and he failed his brother.“Ahhhh, why a witch of all things now.” Brandon screamed as he angrily rubbed his face.“Ashley is in there checking her out to make sure she is okay.” Desiree said as calm as she could. They found a pulse and her breathing sounded normal.“She is fine, just exhausted.”
Rosco ordered chicken breast with baked potato for him and Rosalie. The guys all ordered stake, Mary and Desiree ordered Chicken alfredo and the children, including Isabella, Ordered chicken fingers. The all decided no drinking so they ordered ice teas. There conversation was light as they ate waiting for the cue.“Oh my good tell me it isn’t so.” Rosco spoke as he dropped his palms to the table. He listens closely a bit more and jumped to his feet. He raced out to the dancefloor and began to dance. Rosalie giggled before she caught Chris eyes. That was the signal. She smiled happily as a phone was passed to her. She loved the singer of this song but was nervous as it was the first time she would sing it. Everyone got into position even the waitresses where ready.Rosco finished, dancing happily to Lindsey Stirling's song Roundtable Rival, as Chris came and scooped him up for a song. Drezic and Brandon leading there ladies to the dance floor as well.
Chris held Rosco close as they leaned in there Mercedes waiting for there cousins and crew to meet them. Chris was so happy they decided it would be okay for Rosalie to get out, he wanted to ring her neck for the last endeavor she did on her own but knew he needed her help. He had a promise to keep and he couldn’t do it without her. Rosco loved the feel of outside on his skin. He had been bed ridden even after Rosalie had healed most of him. Chris wasn’t taking a chance and made him rest. He was so happy to be out today.“There they are.” Chris spoke letting him go as he rose so his weight was fully on his feet. Rosco grabbed his hand as they walked over to the group that was approaching them. The sun was out and the wind was quiet. Rosalie smiled as she took in the Ray’s of sun till her cousin wrapped his arms around her.“Hey Pumpkin.” Rosco happily said once Chris let her go. She wrapped her arms around him with a smile.
Rosalie woke up sore, she knew it was going to be the case. She had pushed herself so much these last few days. She actually anticipated she would be worse. The one thing she didn’t anticipate was the pain in her heart. The man of her life was gone. He wasn’t here to hold her. She sighed as she slowly rose so her feet dangled over the edge of the bed. She didn’t even dream of him anymore which seemed to help her get through the days.“Rosalie.” Desiree gently spoke as she opened the door to see her sister sitting there. She instantly raced over and stood beside her. Rosalie smiled at the beautiful blue t-shirt she wore and warn dark wash Jean’s. Her sister looked so good in them but she was shocked. She always new Desiree was more of a city girl with flowy things.“Desiree, how long?” Rosalie sighed as her eyes fell to the floor. She was so devastated everything that has happened. She knew it was all her fault the others
Asrar screamed in pain as his hand reached for his back. It felt like it was being ripped off. The doctors came running as well as Ben. He waited just outside the door however. Asrar was confused when he was here but as the pain worsen he screamed again. The doctor working hard to help relive it for him. Ben found a quiet place to make the call as his entire insides began to twist with worry.“Ben,” Brandon spoke as he pulled out his phone.“What’s happening with Rosalie?” He darn near screamed. Brandon was so confused as he stepped away from his family. They where all around eating lunch together.“What do you mean? She is sleeping beside Drezic and Desiree.” Brandon said as it was what he saw the last time he was there.“Azrar is screaming in pain. He is holding his back.” Ben exclaimed now panicked. Was someone maybe invisibly attacking Asrar?“I’ll fin
Rosalie opened her eyes to find herself back in a field. She shot up confused and scared. The field was full of tall grass and beautiful daylilies of many colors. She could see Tulips and Pansy's. There was the occasional Daisy and Rose. The fragrance on the breeze hit her nose with such beautiful notes she couldn’t help but relax. She slowly rose and looked around till her eyes fell on the moon.‘My sweet girl, you have gone through so much but still hold that heart of gold safe.’ A beautiful voice sang to her. Rosalie looked around confused but her eyes fell on the moon once more.‘Moon Goddess?’ She asked gently. A beam of light shown down to her illuminating a spot. A beautiful women materialized out of the light causing Rosalie to bow. ‘I am sorry Goddess. I do not know the proper way to great you.’‘You are forgiven child. Come, all I wish is a hug from my children.’ She spoke ever so gently trying not
