Chapter 42: Escape from Hellhound

SLAM!

The flick of the wind from the hellhound's tail wagging wildly had knocked Keefe hard against the rock wall. His back slammed hard against the stone wall until the rock cracked. Keefe's body slumped down limply. He had a pained expression on his face.

"Urgh!" Keefe groaned in pain.

"Keefe!" exclaimed Al as he ran over to him. He handed a bottle of dragon potion to Keefe, then drank a bottle for himself. Edmund and Kyron appeared to be doing the same thing.

To fight those supergiant hellhounds, they needed to increase their strength quickly. Al glanced at the Chimera carcass. The monster laid motionless on the ground while draining black blood from its wounds. Luckily the Chimera didn't come back to life, and Al thought a little relieved to himself.
