Greg's hatred for Tyrone ran deep, etched into his very bones. Without evidence from that fateful year, nothing would change his mind.

As Heather exited the room, she encountered Janine, who had just emerged from her ward.

"Ms. Seel, are you done with your conversation?" she asked.

Janine's expression shifted as she took Heather's arm. "Hattie, have you considered what I told you?"

Heather hesitated, then shook her head gently. "Ms. Seel, I appreciate your concern, but I'm not leaving."

Janine's face grew serious. "Hattie, being with Tyrone is dangerous. You need to think about yourself—"

"I understand," Heather interrupted, her smile both gentle and resolute. "But I won't leave him."

She couldn't abandon Tyrone. Besides, Winnie and Selena had yet to face justice. There was no way she could walk away now.

Seeing that Heather had made up her mind, Janine frowned. With a sigh, she remarked, "Alright, I respect your decision. I'll be leaving tomorrow. Can I have a hug?"
