What if I lost?

The Next morning...

The place is covered with trees and flowers; the sun only falls on the gaps between the trees. There is a gap above Austin so; the sun is directly falling on his face which made him wake up. Austin was still in a daze while he wants to sit straight he saw Saanvi lying on his shoulder. He saw his surroundings and remembered about last night. He carefully made Saanvi lay down on the ground, he planted a kiss on her forehead and said "Thanks for being by my side for the entire night"

He was very happy, he knew if she wants to leave she can but she didn't, she stayed by his side and took care of him. He thought it's a good decision about marrying her. He took her in his arms and took her to the villa.  All the maids are about to say good morning to him but he said "Shh, don't make the sound" All of them thought Austin takes good care of her. He took her to the bedroom without making any sound.

Saanvi didn't sleep well because of the barking sound, she knows that the dogs are just barking they are not going to come, but still, she was afraid of them which made her lack sleep. After a long sleep she woke by rubbing her eyes, she opened her eyes and said "Good morning Austin"

Austin was standing in front of the mirror and turned by listening to her voice. By smiling at her he asked, "Good morning, aren't you late for your work?"

Saanvi said "What work Austin? What are you talking about?" she totally forgot about her office.

So he said, "I think someone forgot about something, don't you think so?"

Saanvi thought for a while about what she forgot, she suddenly realized and said "Oh-shit my internship, I forgot about this" she was running here and there searching for her clothes.

He grabbed her hand and said "Don't worry, take this and get ready" he gave her a set of paired clothes. Saanvi took clothes and went to the washroom. She came quickly and said "I am ready to go"

Austin said by looking at her "Look at yourself how you are?", She didn't even dry her hair. Austin made her sit in front of the mirror on a chair and said: "Stay still, don't move" he took a hairdryer and said, "If you don't dry your hair properly you may catch a cold" he dried her hair. He tidies her hair and said "Is this okay?" the hair was too messy than before.

Saanvi said by looking at her hair "Austin, do you seriously think it's called a hairstyle" some of her hair was standing in the air.

Saanvi said by seeing her own hair "Never and ever try this kind of hairstyles on me please Austin"

She took her hair from his hand; she tidies her hair properly, and said "See this how-to tidy hair, hmph"

Austin said "My hairstyle is better than this" Saanvi said "Don't call that as a hairstyle Austin"

Both of them went down for having breakfast, although Austin said not to worry about being late she was in a hurry.

Saanvi went near the table and grab some bread and jam with one hand and the apple with the other hand.  She said "Austin I will leave now see you in the office" She was about to go outside Austin shouted "Stop right there"

Saanvi asking "What now Austin?" she turned towards the dining table.

Austin said "You don't have to rush like this, first eat properly"

"I have to rush, this internship is very important to me"             

Saanvi needs this job to be permanent so that she can fly from her house. She can get her freedom.

Austin said "Then wait I will come with you" he took his blazer. Then Saanvi came to him and said by stopping him "No need, I can leave by myself, I am not a kid" Saanvi made him sit on the chair for breakfast.

Austin said "I will come"

Saanvi said "No need, I can leave and one more thing, you are only my superior in office, not my husband, I don't want anyone to know our relationship"

Austin said with a cold face "Am I that uncomfortable for you?"

She said "Nope, I don't want anyone to know about our relationship. When we separated after one year they will talk behind my back so please"

Austin said "If you don't want me to tell others then be good in the office, the driver will come and pick you after working hours"

Saanvi said, "No, I don't want the driver to come and pick me I can go by myself, I am going to be late so bye Austin" she ran from there.

Austin took his phone and said to Zhang that she was coming to the office, tell her manager to take care of her. Austin completed his breakfast and sat in the car. Outside the villa he found that Saanvi was still there, so he made the driver stop the car.

Austin went there and asked, "Why are you still here?"

Saanvi said "I don't know how to go near the bus stop, so"

Austin mocked "Someone said, that they can take care of themselves"

Saanvi said "I am new here, so I don't know anything here so stop making fun of me"

Austin said "Let's go" they both sat in the car.

Saanvi said "Just drop me near the bus stop"

Austin said, "Why you are so stubborn?"

"I am not stubborn, if anyone saw us together they will create stories I don't want that"

"We are wife and husband right, so what's there to create stories"

"All will think that I got the job because you are my husband so I don't want those kinds of things"

Austin was about to say something but Saanvi said by closing his mouth with her hand "That's enough Austin I can't argue with you anymore"

They reached near the bus stop she asked the driver to stop the car. The bus arrived at the same time so she went quickly. Saanvi's bus was going in front of Austin's car. The chauffeur was about to overtake but Austin refused to do that, Austin said to follow the bus.

Austin thought if he went fast than her, what if she lost again? So he didn't want her to face that kind of problem.
