ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY.

I cover my mouth with my hands as my eyes wander around the marquee. It's elegant, beautiful, and breathtaking.

Curtain fairy lights line the interior of the marquee, and silvery and red rose petals cover the ground, filling the inside with a beautiful sweet fragrance.

White balloons with string attached to them float to the top and in the far corner, there is a black veil hanging up, looking improper.

I turn around to face Alessandro as he presses his body against mine.

Dropping my hands, my eyes begin to water and a silly smile stains my face.

I'm so taken aback by this gesture, I don't know what to do or say.

I suppose thanking him would be a good start.

“Alessandro,” I breathe out, meeting his gaze. “This is beyond beautiful. I'm so speechless, I don't know what to say.” I giggle with embarrassment. “Thank you...”
