Sofia's POV

“Heaven's me” I signed in relief the moment Salvatore left my room. Why did Enzo have to lie about his father giving him permission? What if we get caught?

I shook my head as I fell down on the bed. That boy had caused me to lose a lot of blood tonight. I was so scared of getting caught by Salvatore, there's nothing that can escape a mafia's eyes. I am so sure Salvatore just didn't want to press the issue any more else, the truth would have been out.

I glanced at my bed before pushing myself up after what felt like forever. I made my way to the bathroom to take a cool bath. I should thank the guards later for not telling on us.

It was in the bathroom, my stomach protested in hunger. I've not eaten since this afternoon, I wonder if there would be food tonight for me. I wrapped a large towel around my chest before picking another clean my wet hair.

The minute I walked out of the bathroom, I came face to face with Salvatore and sucked in my breath sharply.

He was still dress
