Jessica's POV

I knew it!

That bitch Olivia had been planning to get Theo’s attention.

I wasn't wrong when I guessed that boy must be her son. My intuition has always been right.

But whatever she's up to, she'll never succeed and I'll make sure of it.

With his family's backing, especially his grandfather who has just approved of us, nothing can stand in my way and this wedding is a done deal.

What exactly was Theo thinking, following Olivia to the airport at 4:00 A.M?

I gripped my phone, watching the short footage on the screen.

Theo didn't appear to be himself. I'm sure that bitch bewitched him.

But it's all gonna end.

Theo is finally mine and no one can stop us from being together.

I tossed the phone aside and resumed adding touches to my make-up.

As Mrs. Wellington, I definitely won't look average.

…Geneva, Switzerland.Olivia's POV Finally!Landing in Geneva was like getting out of hell and returning to the real peaceful world. I trudged into the apartment and sank onto the couch. Completely jetlagged, all I needed was some rest. Yet, I couldn't rest a bit as the images of what transpired at the airport kept flashing in my mind.I have to ignore it.I have to forget the fact that Theo and I met and talked. “Come here, you silly boy.” I pulled Dave to my side and hugged him tightly, wondering where he learned to be stubborn. “Aren't you the little troublemaker?”“I said I'm sorry, Mommy,” Dave murmured in my arms. “If I knew Theo was a complete jerk, I would never have gone near him.”I sighed. Thinking Dave hated his father deeply, it turned out I was completely wrong. Did he hope that Theo would change? Was that why he followed him to L.A.?“You didn't just go to look for me, right?” I asked. Dave was too smart for that. He was neither clingy nor whiny, so I was quite

…Los Angeles, U.S.A.Theo's POV I always knew it was too good to be true, and my intuition has always been right. A girl wouldn't randomly chat up my assistant for a relationship unless it was a scam. But this was more than a scam, as the heavy accusation could lead Jake to jail. If I hadn't interfered, that lady would have made his life hell! Now I recall correctly where I'd last seen her. She was Olivia's crazy friend who threatened to burn down my company if we didn't bring Olivia out five years ago. “Mr. Wellington, thank you for saving me.” Jake came to my office this morning, looking as haggard as he was last night. The Cops didn't touch him, but that lady had given him a hell of a beating. For some reason, she hated him.“I thought I told you to rest at home.”Besides, it wasn't only saving him. It was also saving my reputation. If I hadn't interfered quickly, we would have been labeled as kidnappers. “Yeah.” Jake scratched his head, looking embarrassed. “Actually, I'

When I arrived at the mansion, I didn't expect to see this number of crowd. Obviously, my mother has invited every woman in the socialites’ circle, both young and old. All of them aren't her friends.“Honey, you're just in time!” Jessica came forward, wearing a peach dress. This isn't a normal tea party. The mansion's field was decorated and the servants, dressed in their uniforms, were serving snacks and drinks. This isn't a tea party at all!“My parents just arrived from France for our wedding. Mom is throwing a celebration for their arrival. Come, they're sitting just there!”Without allowing me a second to process what's happening, Jessica pulled me through the crowd, anxious and excited.True to her words, her parents had come. …Geneva, Switzerland.Olivia's POV This time I have to get it right.I won't give up trying until my son becomes perfectly innocent and less dangerous to himself or the people around him.Even if it involves bringing in a child's psychology. “Dr. Lawton, what you complained about is rare among kids his age. But it's not something new,” She explained to me. “Could it be that one of his parents was like this when they were young?”Theo sure definitely was. “There's a way to reverse it, right?” I asked, hoping her answer would be positive. If there could at least be a single way. The technology is advanced. Genetics could definitely be altered.“We can reverse it. But we wouldn't wanna tamper with the little boy's brain.” Dr. Sara chuckled. “Come on, Dr. Olivia. You might be a bit worried as the kid's mother, but Dave is perfectly fine. Many parents would give anything to have a kid as smart as him.”“My advice is…” she continued. “Let him mingle with his agemates and engage in kid
