CHAPTER THREE

Charlotte cried and rushed upstairs to find out where Teddy was taking Anne that night. 

"Teddy, you cannot do this to me. I'm your wife, Luna, and you cannot bring Anne into our home. Teddy! Open this door!" Charlotte cried as she stood in front of the room door that was the master's bedroom. 

Since Charlotte had moved into this house and lived with Teddy Hudson for four years, Teddy hadn't entered this room to make love to her. But he brought his assistant home. Not only did he tell Charlotte that Anne was his new mate and Luna, but he also took Anne to the bedroom that was rightfully Charlotte's.

"Teddy!! Teddy!!" Charlotte cried outside the room door as she could hear Teddy and Anne's smooching inside of the room.

"Yeah, baby, give it to me! Ah! Yeah! Harder! Mm."

"Teddy!!" Charlotte shouted again. Just then, she heard a deep voice from downstairs calling, "Is anyone at home??"

Charlotte freeze, who was that? The voice sounded so powerful and masculine, and she quickly wiped her tears away.

'Has a rogue entered into their house?' Charlotte wondered as she quickly searched the corridor where she was standing for any instruments that she could use to protect herself. 

Charlotte quickly picked up a mopping stick that she saw. She knew she was weak and couldn't fight, so she had to protect herself, as she wasn't expecting any visitor, and neither was Teddy.

"Is anyone at home?" Charlotte heard the man's voice coming upstairs. 

Quickly, she controlled the switch, as the mansion was hers.

"Lights off!" Charlotte commanded, and she could feel her heart beating loudly in her chest, as the corridor lights turned off. Just as she inhaled the most intoxicating, masculine scent ever that wafted through the air and into her nostrils.

The masculine scent was smoky and aromatic, and Charlotte was beginning to lose her grip of the mopping stick that she was holding and standing in a corner to protect herself. As she intended to hit on the head of the intruder who had dared to come into Alpha Teddy's mansion; without any of the guards catching him or stopping him.

"Anyone here?" As the man's voice neared, he stopped as he could also hear the sound of the rapid heartbeat. Not only that, he perceived a sweet lemonade scent that he felt drawn to hold and to suck, and his wolf charged within him.

Charlotte, with speed, immediately moved away from the corner she was hiding in to hit the head of this intruder. But the tall man immediately caught her arm that had reached to hit his head with the mopping stick in her hands.

Charlotte came face-to-face with the tall, handsome, formidable figure that stood in her presence.

His strong masculine personality commanded submission, and Charlotte's wolf was beginning to giggle in excitement for the very first time in her life. 

Her wolf danced happily inside of her body, as her blue eyes met with the man's green glowing eyes. And the man muttered, "Mate."

In the dark corridor, he inhaled Charlotte's lemonade scent, and not only that, he dipped his head into the side of her neck, and she shivered in his hold, just as he sniffed her in that darkness.

Inhaling Charlotte's scent seems to draw the man in. And the next moment, what Charlotte hadn't anticipated, the stranger who was making her lose hold of her sanity, kissed her neck and gently bite on her sensitive spot.

"Mmm," Charlotte moaned. She was committing adultery as a married woman; she was supposed to push this tall, masculine figure away from her.

She was supposed to protect her dignity, and reminded him that she was married. But she succumbed and tousled his hair on his head. 

Charlotte hugged the man closely to her chest, while he held her tightly to himself and continued kissing her. 

The man kissed her from the nape of her neck, charging and licking all her body to her earlobes, and to her cheeks.

"Who are you? I have been searching for my mate for a long time, not knowing my mate was at home," the man said, his lips tickled Charlotte's right ear and he gently bit her earlobe. 

The man kissed her right cheek and reached for her face to look at him. He met her teary blue eyes that glimmered with hope and love, and he still didn't know who she was.

The man kissed her tears away and told her, "I'm here now, and no one will hurt you again." 

With that comment, he kissed Charlotte on her lips, and just then, the corridor lights turned on. 

Standing there and looking at the two people kissing each other with eyes full of rage was Teddy Hudson.

"What the fụck is going on here??" Teddy demanded, as the light came on and he caught his wife, Charlotte, and his elder brother, Jack Hudson, kissing each other passionately, and also reaching to strip themselves in the corridor.

Teddy had first noticed Charlotte's increased heartbeat when he was thrusting into Anne's warmth. 

Not only did Teddy hear Charlotte's heart beating loudly. He mind-linked with her as he sensed she was in danger, and that had made him withdraw from Anne before he could reach his climax. 

Teddy heard Charlotte mention in her mind, "Is there a rogue in here? Which rogue would dare to enter Alpha Teddy's mansion?"

Quickly, Teddy dressed up with speed to protect Charlotte from the rogue, as he knew that she was a weak she-wolf. 

But what he hadn't expected was to pull the door open and be met with darkness in the previously bright corridor. 

Not only that, he sensed a familiar, challenging presence that wasn't a rogue, and quickly switched on the light to see what was happening in the corridor.

Teddy saw his elder brother, Jack Hudson, and Charlotte kissing each other sweetly and with passion that ignited lust.

"What the fụck is going on here? Charlotte! You bìtch! Are you so hòrny that you would dare to kiss my brother in my own house?" Teddy charged towards Charlotte with anger, as he had completely forgotten that Jack was arriving that day.

Earlier, Alpha Lucas had called Teddy when he was at the neighboring pack function and reminded him that Jack Hudson was coming home. It skipped Teddy's mind to inform Charlotte, as he was angry upon hearing that his elder brother would be returning home.

Teddy knew his father loved Jack very much. Although they both look alike, Jack was their father's favorite and good at everything. Until Jack told their parents ten years ago that he would like to travel abroad and further his studies in the human lands.

Teddy was happy then, as it was an opportunity for him to get rid of Jack. Instead of contemplating killing his elder brother to take over the Norfield pack. 

Teddy was happy that Jack had chosen to leave the pack on his own, even though their father disagreed, reminding Jack that he had to rule over the pack and to fight in the ongoing rogue attacks, to protect their people. 

Jack still insisted on traveling out to further his studies as he was studying business management. Now, Jack was back to the pack that Teddy built.
